很棒的飯店

It was good experience but I think the sister hotel I way better. I like the gym and breakfast, stuff was nice, fridge in the room didn't work so they moved me to another room, not enough channels in TV, only 2 kid's channels so that suck especially if u have kid's, social hours suck,lady did not want to serve anything else then wine and appetizer super small and run out before time to close. Overall okay.

All the comforts of home

From check in to departure the staff was friendly and accommodation. My room was very clean and spacious, really enjoyed the kitchen within. Breakfast felt like a social and enjoyed meeting other guests. Well done hotel staff and will keep you on my list of favorites.

Clean hotel, gym and pool area

Leisure trip, used the gym and it had good equipment, pool for granddaughter was nice. Only complaint is breakfast isn’t served till 0730 on the weekend. There is a McDonald’s next door if you can’t wait tho.

The staff was pleasant. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Ot was clean. I would stay here again. It was easy access to everywhere I needed to be.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location! Everyone was helpful, the room was immaculately clean and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable.
Our only complaint was that we were unable to turn the thermostat lower than 67 degrees at night. This was uncomfortably warm.

Hotel was generally clean and quiet.

Upon check in I was greeted in a friendly manner. I went to my room and found it had not been made up from the previous occupant. I went back down to reception and they gave me another room and credited my IHG account with 250 "Were sorry" points. I was not expecting that, but it was a nice thing to do. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

we stayed in the two bedroom room, the price was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff Was great only problem Was our room wasn’t ready, but it was just at 4:30

Just like home...perhaps better!

First of all the staff is wonderful, world class, friendly, helpful! Particularly Anna & Alicia at the front desk were joy-filled, enthusiastic and engaging: the breakfast attendants were always attentive and friendly! Also, the design and appointments for my room were simply excellent, a cut above. The value received for the money paid is excellent. The common areas are spotlessly clean and attractive, and having a clean, self-service laundry with wonderful machines was amazing! Also, the pool and fitness area are well equipped. The morning breakfast (and Mon-Wed evening reception) allowed options for all palates and were well stocked and attended to.

great hotel but bad sleep pros and cons

Our rom was not ready for our late check in,HAD TO WAIT OVER A HOUR BUT ITS OK AS THEY LET US USE SOME FREE STUFF FROM PANTRY. Check in guy was nice, but I mentioned him to give us extra blankets, which they didn't bring.the sofa bed totally needs update as sleeping on it was like steeping on a bunch of branches:(
the heating vent was so noisy that woke us up in the middle of night and couldn't sleep after that...
jacuzzi wasn't working which was a down part for us(we love jacuzzi)
morning breakfast was great!
I would still recommend this hotel to families and come again cuz of 2 bedroom, but I hope they update the sleeper sofa and open the jacuzzi.
