Unresolved customer service

Unfortunately I was only aware of the charges for this hotel when I checked my credit card banking statement. I immediately phoned the hotel and was advised to call IHG. I spoke with 5
Representatives and was charged a no-show cost for the first night. I never received an “upcoming stay” notice, email,
Message or anything and very disappointed with the customer service given I have been a loyal member for over a decade.

Very pet friendly

They are a very pet friendly hotel. They did a great job with room placement. It made taking the dogs out for a break much easier. Happy quite pets equal quality rest. Breakfast wasn't bad either!

Nice and clean rooms

This was a nice and clean hotel from inside to outside. I liked that we didn't run out of supplies. If something was needed we could just call and have it taken care of easily. Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Nice Hotel Great Service

We stayed 3 nights at Staybridge in Colorado Springs. The staff was great the rooms were clean and updated. The only issue i have is with the mattress. It had served it purposed and now needed to be replaced. Other than that we had a pleasant stay I would stay again.
