Great property! We always enjoy the super clean and easy access location of the is property at the Iowa River Landing. Staff is always so helpful too.

This hotel has the suite concept nailed. They designed it so well to maximize space without sacrificing comfort. The asthetic is modern and beautiful and it has a high end feel. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at this Staybridge many times and every stay has been great. It's always clean and inviting. The breakfast is nice with many options. Jordan, who we have experienced at the Front Desk many times, is outstanding! Exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Great front desk personnel. We called ahead and they arranged for us to check in early. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Large TV. Convenient location. Only reason wouldn’t give excellent in every area was the breakfast.
Breakfast items were mostly a disappointment. Biscuits were totally dry, scones over baked and dry. Juices were too thick. Packaged jelly was hard to spread, possibly old. Oatmeal only available in make your own small sealed containers.

Wonderful hotel experience! Thr rooms were beautiful, especially the shower. Very clean and homey. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

I stayed at staybridge for a quick night while visiting family. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. I would certainly recommend and revisit when I'm in town.

My stay was overall great! The room was clean, the staff was always available for anything I needed during my stay. It’s location a just a very short walk away from a few restaurants and shopping. If you wanted to drive to other locations to eat, it’s just 5-10 mins away and very close to a mall, a hospital and a Konica stadium!

This has become home base for us when visiting our daughter in college. Free laundry is a great amenity. We love the location and all the shops and restaurants in the area. Very nice hotel, convenient location and friendly staff.

Check-in was friendly and efficient, complimentary breakfast and guest laundry facilities were a step above other similar offerings I’ve experienced, and changes like re-lacing my lost room key and extending my stay were immediately resolved. I had a two-queen suite that was great! Clean, well-kept, and a nice living room space.
