Relaxing, perfect !

This was my first expeeriece at a IHG hotel and I would definitely do it again and again, the location was perfect,
staff was very pleasant and the hotel itself was immaculate. I enjoyed my stay.

Suites were very nice. We had everything we needed and the separate bedroom/living room was very comfortable and roomy.

Front desk gentleman did not greet us , never even looked me inthe eyes , set up the weong name using my middle

Up it is still wron on here, gave us only 1 key and clearly we were 2 ppl standing in front of him.. just total disregard for us as guests, only complaining because it was just so bad the front desk service and this might be only one emoyee but never had this treatment at any hotel I’ve stayed and I travel alot and have been to 1 star places and gotten better service .. only because of that id rather lose the points and stay elsewhere where at least the minimum service I can receive

Great location and breakfast

Very nice large room with new TVs and all the kitchen appliances you need. Spacious bathroom with nice fixtures. Location is great for the Hard Rock casino. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, fruit, muffins, waffles, coffee, juice or soft drinks.

Enjoyed the stay at this property. Well worth it. Nice clean property. No issues. Met our expectations. Loved it. Would highly recommend, for anyone traveling in this area. Front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were on point.

Excellent Hotel and great value for money

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities in the room were very good. The gym was more than adequate and there is a large pool and deck area. The breakfast was great and the social evenings food and snacks were terrific. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel!

I booked a double room for another couple and my husband and me after a concert at Hard Rock Casino, Hollywood. The hotel is super close. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen other than the refrigerator and coffee pot. It seemed like it would be adequate for meal prep. The elevators were quick. The walls seem soundproof. The breakfast was better than most but crowded as most hotel continental breakfasts are. There is plenty of parking and seemed safe.

Overnight family suite was excellent

Our 2 bed 2 bath family suite was EXCELLENT. A definite PLUS in that we DIDN’T have to split the family by having to book multiple non-connecting rooms. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t use kitchen. Found a fantastic restaurant “China Bistro & Sushi”. Super nice staff. Excellent food and lot’s of it.
