Great breakfast

Check in was a breeze with their efficient staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was our favorite yet! Fresh fruit, crispy bacon, yogurt with a variety of toppings to name a few of the items. A real treat was the Coke dispenser in the dining area! We had a Diet Coke for the road.

Just what I have come to expect from the Staybridge Suits. All or stays have been great. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the televisions in the rooms. Otherwise perfect.

Excellent stay. Quiet. Clean. Bed was amazing. Easy check in and check out. Quality amenities. Comfortable. Great air conditioners. TVs perfect. Very large rooms. Kitchen very nice. Perfect stay️

Great location. Minutes from everything we wanted and needed to do while visit. Des Moines. Bayleigh at the front desk was awesome! She took care of us and was so polite and personable. She switched us rooms after the first night when we had a slight issue. Kids loved the breakfast. I appreciated they had almond milk out!
Only complaint is the hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on during our entire stay and other guests said they hadn’t worked for a few days. Otherwise, lovely stay and this will be our “home” when we travel to see family in DSM!

Only stayed one night, but no problems. Room was clean, breakfast was good, wide variety available. Pool is 24 hours, which is why I chose this hotel over others in the area. Staff was friendly.

We chose this hotel based on the location of our event and our need for a full fridge and counter space for some food prep for a family reunion. Our room was perfect for this and it exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well equipped and the room was clean and has been recently updated. The breakfast was exceptional and the dining area was very nice. The bed was a little to soft for us, but that's a personal preference. The hot tub and pool are available 24 hours which was nice and my husband said the exercise equipment was good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The two sisters working at the front desk were so great, exceptional customer service from them both!
We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Des Moines!

The hotel is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and just about anything else you want to do. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also needs some updating and changes made. There are parts of the hotel that look and smell great, while some areas are a bit dated and showing their age and wear. The shower/tub in my room was pretty rough and definitely needs to be fixed up. The pool and hot tub area was also showing some obvious signs of age. There were also smaller things such as the sheets did not properly fit the bed so they were almost coming off the bed every morning.

In town for a wedding, two nights. Hotel staff versus professional, helpful and nice. Only downfall was the hot tub was not working. The front desk lady tried to reset, with no success. She apologized and said she was contacted the GM.

The hotel is showing its age, in our room at least. That said, the hotel was very clean in all the areas we used. The staff was a difference maker for me. From check in to check out, every staff member exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work. I can easily recommend this hotel. I would stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel only 3 times in the past 8 years and it has never looked worn nor did I ever notice something being run down. The upkeep is like it was 7 years ago!! Very impressed!
Very comfortable bedding and was quiet and peaceful for the most of the time during our stay.

Was disappointed with this hotel. It was filled with fruit flies and knots in room and dining room. The outside pergola was invested with cobwebs and spiders.The staff was awesome, i wish I could rate this
higher but I cant. This was the worst out of my 100 plus stays at an Ihg hotel.

We were surprised at how quiet it was around the area. This location is in a business area and since it was a holiday, there was very little traffic making the traveling around very pleasant. The amount of people checking in did increase for the weekend but it was still quiet and pleasant. Breakfast earlier was very convenient but one morning there was no coffee for 30 minutes and several guests were upset about that. There did not be any staff available to contact about that.
