We called it second home

The hotel is located in the most popular part of Sheikh Zayed Road and the closest to Burj Khalifa, especially since the metro is located directly in front of the hotel. It is a very good place and continues with a panoramic view of Burj Khalifa and the other surrounding towers, as well as views of the sea and the wonderful beach as well. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, helpful and very experienced in handling the flow of guests and it took only moments to get the room keys. Everything else during the stay was great. Overall good stay and recommended!

Very conveniently located off Metro. Nice clean place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice. Had a nice balcony view.

My wife and I will always find a reason to stay here when we rent a hotel room in Dubai. Was very impressed with their service and professionalism. Very convenient location. Spa was great. The pool and gym were good as well.

Amazing stay, stuff are the shinning stars

Everything about hotel is special and great
Location is in the financial centre very close to city center and dubai mall 2 minutes far from metro station the View is spectacular with burjolkhalife view.
Rooms are super nice speacially family rooms are excellent for family vacation, with full equipped kitche+washing machine, which make your stay tasty and feel like home

Let me start with the amazing part of the hotel,
The stuff are super amazing, shining stars and i congratulate the hotel managment to have such amazing team,
Mr. Dinesh,he welcomed me even before my arrival he upgraded my standard room to a family room and kindly noted all my special requests.
Mr, Aakash, he generously upgraded our room to duper nice family room for all the family to be on the same floor with really friendly attitude and nice smile he made our day,
And at the end Mr. Islam with his super nice friendly and amazing intraction he also upgraded another room so all the family were on the same floor he just made our stay super memorable .
I appreaciate them all and a big big thank you from my family to all 3, you are amazing and you should be proud of yourself for the best and amazing job.

definetly recommend this hotel for the family stay and hopefully you will also be lucky to meet the star team.

I do recomendé this hotel, the employees make you fell at home, and is close to a lot of activities the museum the taller tower the dancing water the mall the metro train, walking distance to restaurants, shopping stores

Nice view and pool

Overall experience was nice but we had couple of challenges during our stay which weren’t handled well and the service is really slow in the hotel , but I would like to thank Hamza the life guard he was really friendly and smiling always he was the most welcoming staff in the hotel also in restaurant the Philippino waiter with braces he was also welcoming and smily

Best hotel apartment with home like experience and quality of service is always excellent, rooms are very large compared to many in the area and hotel facilities are always available and the employees are very helpful and have exceptional customer service skills, making your travel very enjoyable
