Comfortable room but average service

I love staybridge from the 8 months I stayed there. I wish I could of stay there more but sadly I couldn’t. The thing is the management over are a bit confused. For example I ask what was the price of room 3 weeks ago for the summer and they told it was 9,300 per month for the summer. and then I ask again 1 week before I was about to leave and they change the price to 10,000 per month. And I ask them why they change that to 10,000 and they didn’t give me an answer but I think the reason why was that I had 10,000 with them for deposit and they just want to take that huge money for a month in the summer. But I am not sure though but i feel they were unprofessional and confused at the same time. But overall it was a nice stay though but make sure you don’t get played by the management because sometimes they do stuff to trick you

Near the Palm

Great location, good for work and Leisure. Marina , Palm and Burg all close by, modern and clean.
Breakfast could be a higher quality and ensure you have a room on the Palm view.
Pool area excellent .
Gym and sauna also good
I would stay again

Another amazing time in Dubai

I normally go to Dubai every once in a few week, and I choose to stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City for most of the times. I love the attentiveness and the care from the staffs, and also the room where it is very spacious and also affordable. I believe they gave me an upgrade as a nice gesture for repeated stays for the last time. I was provided with an amazing room with 1 bedroom suite, which was more than comfortable during the two nights of my stay.
The small restaurant on the 1st floor serves a nice breakfast! I was able to enjoy the breakfast before heading to the Expo 2020.
Had a wonderful stay as always, and I look forward to coming back soon.

Surpassed My Expectations

This is the 1st time me booking at StayBridge hotels, I was a bit worried but it surpassed my expectations, the bedroom/living room apartment is elegant, stylish and clean, I enjoyed my stay there.

The location is close to the Expo2020 which made me pick the hotel in the first place. Breakfast had so much varieties but it's kind of crowded. Staff is nice & welcoming, I'll definitely go back whenever I have places to visit at that side.

The Perfect Stay in Dubai

This is my first experience of Staybridge in Dubai despite having stayed at Staybridge elsewhere. It certainly did not disappoint, in fact, it was rather special. I had been on the road for 3 weeks prior in Egypt and Saudi so Staybridge made my entire trip before returning to Australia. Thank you to staff all round it could not be faulted.

From efficient check in, right through to check out with added touches throughout.

Congratulations on your offerings, I WILL definitely be back many times

We were given a newly renovated room as shared by staff with a beautiful view of the The palm on the 20th floor. The 1 bedroom apartment room was clean and tidy. Ample sitting space in the sitting area and dining. Bedroom space was huge with clean bathrooms and toiletries. The kitchen had all the essential cooking-ware present. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast offering was great.

Staff, Service, and Location

I stay @ the Staybridge Suites in DIC for nearly 4 months and I can definitively say it was the best long term hotel stay I've ever experienced in my career. The quality started with the staff from the top down they worked every day to make me feel welcomed and cared for. The recent renovations to the rooms made them relaxing and home-like (my only slight complaint would be the bathrooms didn't seem to get the same level of updating as the rest of rooms, but they were certainly acceptable!). The location in Dubai is a perfect mix of quiet (not being in a touristy area), but being accessible to everything via public transportation or taxi. There was also quite a large number of restaurants and shoppes that were close enough to walk to.
Thanks to everyone for making my stay with you as great a possible, I whole heartedly recommend this whole hotel.

Fantastic week in real home away from home

I visited Dubai in February to see the Expo 2020 and stayed in Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City for 6 nights. From the moment I entered the hotel I felt like home away from home. I arrived very early (around 11am) and was pleasantly surprised the room was ready so I could check in and relax after a long flight. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. They acknowledged my IHG loyalty status and encouraged me to contact them if I need anything to make my stay more comfortable. The room was very spacious with very nice kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. All cooking utensils, toaster and a kettle were provided so I could make some dinner when needed. There was fast free Wifi in the room and in the entire hotel and the TV had Google Chromecast available so I could watch Netflix or Prime Video on the big screen. There were several universal sockets in the room so I did not have to use a travel adapter. There was a restaurant on the 1st floor serving really nice breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. I was looking forward to wake up every morning just to have the breakfast. The restaurant staff was super friendly, smiling and helpful every day. They made me feel welcome. There was a tea&coffee station in the restaurant available 24/7. Heated swimming pool with a view of the sea and Burj Al Arab is on the 6th floor together with sauna, steam room and gym. Overall I really loved this hotel and for sure will stay again on my next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended.
