Wrong bed, No charging station near bed

I had booked a queen bed in our room but what we had was a twin bed which we did not notice till we were ready for bed. It was too late to do anything about it. But it was not good experience for 2 adults to use twin bed. This was in spite our booking being for queen bed.
Also my loyalty account is not right. I have been a member for a long time but the account shows from 2024 and the number is different.
There were no charging plugs/switches for phone near our bed. Nor was there a timepiece anywhere in the room. Only chargers were available near the entrance on a table.

We booked with the understanding that your hotel would provide a minimum standard of care and comfort during a critical time. Your establishment has failed on every basic promise, adding significant burden to an already challenging situation. I must also note that a detailed email outlining these issues was previously submitted to the hotel’s provided contact address, and it has received no response.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was spacious and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay again. Also the location was very convenient.

This was the first time my niece and I stayed at this IHG Hotel but it won't be the last. Convenient location excellent accommodations and professional staff. Prices are reasonable within today's economy.

The updated room was beautiful. The only drawback was that the fitness center was closed for renovation during our stay. Every person that we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

They were doing renovations but the hotel was clean and no noise. The new rooms are a good size, comfortable. The kitchen was nice, stove top, fridge and dish washer. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful also. Thank you all. God Bless

We stayed the night in 2025 and the rooms were very large, 2 full bedrooms plus a living area. The biggest downside was the rooms weren'y very sound proof from the hallway.
