This stay started weird. We showed up at 4am for a soccer tournament. Our reservation had been cancelled! We just drove 6 hours. The woman at check in that night held it down and made us the happiest people ever. We got a room and she did it with a smile. We went from panic to sleeping. The service at this hotel is way beyond the price. Front desk and cafe staff are truly great at their jobs and you’d think they like working there too. The vibe is spot on. Thanks for saving our trip!

I had a fantastic stay at the Staybridge Hotel. The entire property was spotless, and the cleanliness made me feel comfortable right away. What really stood out, though, was the staff—the team was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Every interaction felt genuine and professional, which truly elevated the experience.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service.

Steve the mgr was friendly and had our room ready early after a long drive. We appreciate the water and coffee available. The back patio is nice to relax and watch the sunset. This is our go to hotel when we visit to watch grandkids soccer and football games at Silver Lakes next door.

Great stay in a convenient location. Staff is responsive and knowledgeable. This is a hotel where you can either relax or use it as a work base.

For soccer parents, their breakfast starts at 7am and they don’t have option for grab&go if you have the morning game.
I asked the front desk and send message to the manager but no response.

Definitely need to do better with customer service you can’t act like it’s their faults when you don’t handle your business and are being lazy about fixing it

Staff very friendly and helpful. Made me feel welcomed. We’re looking for a location to have coffee. I was directed to the local. Starbucks was very convenient. Rules were extremely easy to get to, and my window view to the north side of The. Building was excellent. I would stay there again.

outdoor setting is very nice and big as well including pool and patio
just excellent as it also has a few grocery shops and gas station around
