We were displaced due to a house fire and needed an extended stay hotel. The staff at Staybridge was great to work with and accommodated all of our needs including allowing our pets to stay with us. I would highly recommend Staybridge Elkhart North.

Not as clean as it could be

I was disappointed with the bathroom floor. There were a number of dead critters on the floor and other small debris
The mirror over the sink was not clean it was splattered with something


The ice bin was really dirty. When I took out the tray to fill my cooler in the morning the bottom of the ice bin was disgustingly dirty

Without repeating what I've previously mentioned , I also was extremely happy to see some healthy choices at breakfast and the fitness and laundry facilities are nice and clean.

Overall it was very well kept, but the Breakfast tables could have been kept cleaner but it was very busy and we went there after the breakfast rush. Breakfast was very tasty and well done. The pool area was very clean and the service personnel were very friendly and welcoming. We will be coming back.

We originally booked to stay somewhere else, closer to our destination, however the hotel was gross. I drove over to Staybridge and thankfully they had a suite available still. we have stayed here 4 times now and we love it every time.

We reserved a suite with two queen beds. As they didn't have such a suite available the girl at the reception gave us two rooms both with king beds.

Room was excellent. Full kitchen, stove for convenience, beds separate from sitting room so some could go to bed and not be disturbed by those who stayed up

The young lady Chelsea had a very chaotic evening with the third party system down having to check in people but she remained calm and helped all her guest still having the best attitude.
The rooms and halls was very clean and smelled fresh. The shower had the bet water pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. Only thing I didn’t like the bed it was uncomfortable. However, everything was great!

The first room was unmade, empty pizza boxes in the kitchen, trash over spilling on the floor, and stank of cigarettes. Second room smelled weird, and had a mouse. I left the hotel and went elsewhere after that.

Very nice hotel and clean room. Pool was very clean and they have a nice outside sitting area. Only disappointed that breakfast didn't start until 7:30 on Sunday morning as we like to get an early start on the day traveling to our next destination. Still I would recommend this hotel.
