The room was clean and exceeded my expectations

The kitchen was stocked with the basics of equipment. The fridge was clean and worked well. I enjoyed my room and the location of the hotel.

Great Customer Service

The front desk staff are so informative and helpful. I always get the very best Customer service experience and know where to lead me to eat at healthy restaurants.
The suites are extremely clean and all common areas are kept in the very best, cleanest conditions. Great Job to the entire staff!

Excellent location, clean room, and wonderful staff

Just. Great place to set up a d be comfortable. We were visiting family and appreciated the size of the room and its cleanliness. Staff was kind and answered any questions we had. This area had been hit with 4’ of snow a couple days prior and the parking lot was clear as well as the sidewalk leading up to the doors. Will stay here again next time we visit.

It was a great stay and great pricing. Would have been better with more of a food selection for those who were not cooking. Restaurants weren't close by and in the cold, with an elderly family member, it would have been a lot more bearable.

It was a good experience and even though they had everything you need to cook a meal there was no place to really sit and eat it. Only 1 recliner with a very small stationary table and another small desk with an office chair. There was no real area for my husband and I to sit together for a meal.
The lobby also had no eating accommodations and no where to actually sit to play cards.

housekeeping perfection... but

Fridge, bathroom fan were loud - the shower head needs to be changed. I am too old to be balancing on the edge of the tub to try to adjust a shower head i couldn't reach any other way. Housekeeping was top notch

Great Hotel For An Extended Stay

The hotel is always clean, the staff are always friendly, and I choose this hotel every time I travel to the Ft. Drum area in upstate NY to see family. I am never disappointed and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fabulous place

Staff most welcoming on arrival and had us quickly settled. We had a few requests and all was handled promptly. Rooms were spacious and fully functional as a small apartment with appliances, wi-fi, TV, large bathroom, very comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, well stocked snack room with some complimentary items. It was a holiday season and the lobby was decorated with a holiday theme. Lobby also had a lending section of games/books, etc. There was a nice exercise room. We were visiting family and stayed 4 nights. There was a small strip mall across the street from the hotel with a few stores and several places to eat, and a Super Walmart 1/2 block away. Gas station across from the Walmart.

After a long day of travel, it was very frustrating to check-in and be told that there hadn't been any hot water at the hotel since mid-day and that they were working on it. I didn't have any hot water until the following afternoon. No apologies or offer of any credit for this inconvenience at all which should be an absolute minimum. Very little value for a hotel with no room service for the duration of the stay.

NICE NEW AND CLEAN HOTEL. GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF. NOT LIKE ALL OF THE UNCLEAN FOREIGN OWNED HOTELS IN THE AREA, WOULD RECOMMEND FOR A GREAT STAY. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF WATERTOWN AND FORT DRUM FOR EASE OF ACCESS.
