Not terrible, not great

The evening happy hour was not great. They only had nachos and one kind of beer. Usually staybridge has higher standards for this happy hour. It didnt help that the lobby space this was held in was 77 degrees. It was not great. We had also hoped to walk to a restaurant nearby, but this was not a option either as this hotel is off the main drag. Not a nice location. You are better off to stay 15 minutes east or 15 minutes west.

I do recommend bor will i return to this location

Not up to IHG standards or AAA

I would like follow up asap. Very disappointed in this hotel.

2 of the 3 tvs did not work put a case in and never heard back from the management team. Person how came to fix it just said talk to management and that they try to keep up on everything. Not to forget the indoor heated pool was cold and hot tub was out of order. Most amenities could not be used and worst breakfast from ihg I have ever had

Wasn’t thrilled with hotel. Old and loud. Heard all noise from the main reception room. Tv remote missing batteries and the front seat said they have had issues with vandalization of remotes. The front desk person gave me new batteries and showed me how to hook up to tv but didn’t work. So couldn’t drown the noise. Very frustrating.

Spent five nights at this property and I was impressed by the breakfast staff, Carlito on weekdays and Cheryl on the weekends. They were very attentive in assuring that the food was constantly replenished and that the seating and buffet area were clean for the continuous turnover of breakfast guests. I had the opportunity to also enjoy one evening of Happy Hour, a very nice treat!
This property is only a ten minute walk to Costco and a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, TJ Max and a few other retailers and eating establishments. Very convenient!

Excellent. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Room is clean. Location is closed to costco and to some restaurant.

The suite had furniture that was old and stained. The carpet was ragged and needed replacement. There was only one ice machine in the entire building and it was broke.

Carpet and floors were seriously disgusting. Hair and dirty mop residue on the bathroom floors, and large stains and wear on carpets. Hangers were broken. Iron had a scorch stain. Bed was decent. TV in bedroom was quite small.

This hotel was probably great when it first opened but now it needs to be updated. The rooms smell of smoke and musty carpet. Hotels make a lot of money and need to update every 10 years at a minimum. Put the profits back in to keep the business running at high occupancy with raving reviews.

Air conditioning parking

So parking wasn’t included which was not mentioned in the front desk once i checked in or at least on their website that they charge for parking. Now inside the room the are spacious and kitchen was fully equipped at least the other one we booked. The other room was kind of outdated then we realized that the air conditioning isn’t functioning properly. We asked if we could transfer to another room and the attendant right away stated that we don’t have an extra room to transfer you. Like it was our fault that the air conditioner wasn’t functioning. He made us feel that we don’t have a choice but to stay in the warm room and the one thing he didn’t realize is we had a baby that will sleep in the room. No empathy on his end not even saying sorry that the ac isn’t working
