很棒的住宿體驗

This is my favorite hotel in town. I stay here pretty frequently and have tried similar options and this one is best in terms of value- free breakfast and laundry, very welcoming staff are what keep me coming back. Only downside is that the rooms really need to be updated, especially the carpets

Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food service staff was fabulous and over the top helpful. Chris at the front desk was knowledgeable and also extremely friendly and kind. We booked this stay through Booking.com, for future reference I would book directly with the hotel. There was a lapse in checking in due to not booking directly with Staybridge, no fault of theirs, I feel it would just be better to go direct. Very positive experience and will definitely stay in these properties again. Thank you for an easy stay!!

Clean & comfortable!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, front desk was friendly. Couldn’t hear outside traffic from our room. We were on the 2nd floor and my husband woke up around 3:00 am due to heavy walking noise above us, but I didn’t hear anything. He’s a lighter sleeper than me though. Nice to run down and grab a light breakfast to bring back to room while getting ready. (They just need better coffee!) Would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommend!

From start to finish, my family's experience at this facility was like no other. The suites were the perfect size for my family. We were upgraded for being a platinum member so our daughter got her own room! Talk about star treatment! I got to choose how I wanted to receive my welcome gift and of course, I took the points. However the selection of snacks to choose from was outstanding! The mattresses were on the firmer side (for me) but overall, we slept well. The breakfast offerings were diverse and were being replenished very quickly. There was adequate seating in the dining area. The Coffeemate creamer is my favorite and they had it by the bottles full! No small cups to peel open. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. They even had fountain sodas on tap! We don't drink soda but it was the first time I have been to a hotel that had self serve soda! The pool and outdoor grills made it feel like home. Plenty of space to entertain our entire soccer team.

Awesome staycation!! Indoor pool a plus!!

We did a staycation to allow my daughter to swim. We specifically chose this hotel as it has an indoor pool. Usually we don’t grab breakfast but this time we decided to try it and i can say this is one of the best breakfast I’ve had within IHG.

Not a good experience.

Decided to stay here because we required multiple rooms. The rooms were not cleaned and the trash was not empty. When I reached out to staff about issues with the accommodations they were rude and not helpful. We had two towels for 4 guest and no bedding for the pull out. The pull out mattress was for twin bed and did not fit. We made it work but I will not visit this hotel again when I return in a couple weeks. Looking for something better because this was not it.

Friendly, comfortable, convenient business hotel

The Staybridge Suites at Folsom is a convenient hotel with a good kitchen and comfortable rooms. It has a gym (small but well set up) and a laundry (also small), as well as a good breakfast buffet every morning. But what really sets it apart are the staff who are always welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

This is by far the best hotel experience we have had yet!!! Spacious clean rooms and wonderful breakfast with plenty of options. Had the best night sleep I’d ever had in a hotel in 41 years. Highly recommend
