nice and clean room. kitchen area if you want to save some money or have some special diet need. storage area if you have big items. nice breakfast included. good gym to do your stuff on the go. quick access to main street

Staff: top notch. Room: dingy, dirty. Hair from previous guests in the bathrooms and floors. Room smelled dirty.

The bed wasn’t made up, the previous room keys were still in the room on the nightstand, food still left in the refrigerator, the carpet hadn’t been vacuum - UTTERLY COMPLETE MESS. Other than that, great location but needs more improvement.

We lost everything. StayBridge helped.

We had just lost everything in a fire, and the people at StayBridge couldn’t have been more accommodating. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms within themselves were amazingly plush. I’m so thankful for the people at StayBridge for their excellent hospitality.

The floors were very dirty. The pool was green, and we could use it. The washer and dryer were free, which was nice, but the washer smelled very bad, and the dryers didn't work properly.

Long stay. It's no frills. Breakfast is repetitive if you're there longer than 3 days but it's filling and fine. Socials are okay three days a week. Pool is used well. Staff is friendly and help with extra whatever you need. Appears to be an older building but is still okay here. Fully equipped gym that's good for a travel workout but don't expect to be able to log into the peloton. The room is initially clean however you may need to ask them for a full cleaning if you're there longer than 3 days as they only refresh towels and make the beds and pull trash.

No breakfast available unless you are there at 6 a

Hotel was very nice & clean. Staff was polite. Room was amazing. The only reason i can’t give 5 stars it’s because after we checked in and went up to the third floor to our room, the hotel hall reek of marijuana so bad that it made my daughter‘s nauseous. We did call down to the front desk to report it and they said they would take care of it. The smell was gone by the next morning.

The front desk staff is amazing! But day time house keeping is horrible! Hotel is not updated the dishes was dirty ! I had to scrub them to use them couch was ripped not updated! Bugs coming out of tub ! Floors was dirty and slippery! The lady told my 9 year old that was waiting on tater tots don't eat alot ! She doesn't eat much at all may 5 she tried and didn't even. Like them ! Why would she say that I am unsure i just ignored it ! The iron made my daughter's white uniform turn brown i had to scrub it one hour before we had to leave it was very stressful! The good part was breakfast and front desk was amazing!

The reservation person lied to me when they said the room I was assigned had a tub/shower combo, which I specifically requested. When brought to their attention the desk clerk only offered extra reward points and the manager was not available. I called later and they took down all the info and said a manager would be in touch. They never responded. They did not keep their word and I would NEVER stay here again!
