The hotel was nice as always, check in was slow due to one front desk person and multiple people checking in. Room was noisy because we were near the elevator and over the fire pit area.
Great hotel for travelers with dogs

Very nice location on the bike trail. Great for dogs, and the pet fee is very reasonable. Rooms are very nice and hotel is quiet. Nice courtyard with pool and pickle ball court!
Inadequate staffing

The night staff at this hotel did not care that my room was unacceptable to stay in and did nothing to resolve the issue. Inadequate staffing is a serious safety issue and should be addressed immediately. One person on duty all night is a serious safety risk.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful landscaping with conifer trees. Great room configuration for our family with 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen and dining area. Yummy breakfast. Pickleball, basketball and heated pool and firepit. Helpful staff and great location.

Staybridge Suites Cherry Creek was a wonderful property with a friendly staff, relaxing outdoor patio, very good breakfast and fabulous bedding.
We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the stay here. The best was comfortable and I slept the best I have in a long time. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful.
Quality of Hotel was excellent; breakfast was not.

The quality of the room, the bed, the linen and the service was 5 stars! However, we found the included breakfast to be subpar. I guess that we have been spoiled by the excellent breakfast options that we have experienced over our many years of staying at the Staybridge.

Total jerk at check in. Did not listen. Heavy Spanish accent and hard to understand. Unhelpful and uninspired.
