Have stayed at this Staybridge atleast once a year for the past 10 years and it has gone down hill this past year 70+%. IHG needs to check it out because, being a mbr for over 20 years this was the worst stay ever.

When I checked in, the didn’t read my preferences, but that was an easy fix! When I got into the room it was very clean, and felt very homey! I would’ve preferred better lighting in the room however, it was quite dark. But the breakfast in the morning was AMAZING! I thought I missed it by waking up too late but I LOVE how breakfast doesn’t end until 1030am!

Price too high: Place was empty. External doors didn't close well. Door cards didn't always work on external doors. Employees helpful. Toilet problematic. Breakfast minimal. I liked USA TODAY.

Good hot breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Dog friendly hotel. Our chihuahua loves this place and the friendly staff. She has thoroughly sniffed the entire dog walk area several times over.

If you have the option to stay across the street I would. I have stayed at both this and the hotel across the street and the hotel across the street was a much better stay.

I was greatly surprised by our accommodations. We stayed in a suite. I was very happy with the suite layout. It offered privacy as well as an at-home feel.

Hallway, room and bathroom not clean. Tv remote doesn’t work correctly and food was less than desirable. Waited at front desk to check in for 16 minutes before employee showed up.

The staff was very nice, but the interior of the hotel and rooms is pretty dated. Overall there was nothing bad, but better options in the area for the price. Pictures were a bit deceiving.
