El desayuno ahora si no estaba bueno, el huevo tenía mucha sal 2 días de los 3 que estuve ahí..’nunca hubo hot cakes solo pan francés con mucha azúcar y todo feo

El único detalle fue de que un vecino de al lado estaba fumando y se percibía a través del baño y el humo se pasaba hasta la recámara. Lo reporte a recepción. Si me atendieron muy bien. Aplicaron aromatizante en el baño y hablaron con el huésped, pero al día siguiente por la noche volvió a percibirse el humo. Por todo lo de más, me parece excelente hotel la Cadena Staybridge. Muchas gracias. Nos vemos pronto. Saludos

Realmente todo es muy bueno dentro del hotel, el unico inconveniente es que el agua de la tina sale de un color extraño y la alberca no tiene calefacción.

Un excelente hotel, con acceso a la plaza, las habitaciones son super cómodas, tienes varias opciones de comida ya que en la plaza existen varios restaurantes, centro comercial, fácil acceso

Tuvimos que esperar mas de 1 hora para Check In a pesar de tener reserva y IHG Diamond, nos comentaban que por el tipo de habitación se retrasaban, eso se entiende, lo que no se entiende es que las personas de Front Desk no hagan caso cuando uno les habla y si tuve que llmarles la atención que no es grato que uno les hable y no hagan caso, eso es una grosería. al día siguiente teniamos evente en salones y el agua del hotel estaba sumamente sucia (tengo evidencia) no nos pudimis bañar y eramos anfitriones de evento, contactenme para enviarles evidencia de el agua de sanitarios y ducha

La única área de mejora, me toco habitación si secadora, la cual el primer día de la estadía no tuve oportunidad del ir a desayuno tardaron más de 30 minutos en resolver el tema de la secadora, mejorar porque no es nada cómodo estresarte temprano porque no te puedes peinar con secadora es que hotel estamos hablado.

We stayed 18 days on the hotel so, I can write a fair review.
The hotel has a privileged location, two main avenues, that takes all places in Guadalajara, Zapopan and metro areas, Plaza del Sol, is a great mall with most of your needs covered , steps away from the Hotel, within the same block.
Noise comes with the location, 24 hours there is traffic, noise etc. consider that if your sleep is frail.
Other way, people are nice and friendly Myriam, Miguel and Monica ta front desk outstanding people.
Meals not many options, great quality and flavor, breakfast and afternoon snacks staff, very nice and amiable, Ana, Heriberto, Fernando, Diana y Pepe made our stay very pleasant.
Not many parking spaces BUT.... valet Parking makes it easy, if there are not enough parking spaces in front of Hotel, they will park your car in Plaza del Sol parking spots with no charge.
Thanks to ALL staff personnel, didn't get the cleaning crews names, but the Hotel was always clean in all places.
Yes I recommend this Hotel and will be back to stay there for sure
