Always love staying here. The majority of staff are awesome. Kudos to Jesus, Anthony and Christina. The only person who is not friendly and more concerned over “socializing” with the male guests is the evening reception attendant (the one who worked 8/18 and 8/19). The snacks always ran out and when asked about additional or refills it was meant with and attitude as though she was being bothered.

This was my least liked IHG stay that I have experienced. I would have like amenities to be in comparison to their other properties.

We always stay at the Staybridge Suites when we visit in the area. The staff are very accommodating when we need anything and the breakfasts are very good. We love the suites and the beds are very comfortable!!

A mixed experience stay

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, which was advertised on the hotel’s website as suitable for 6 guests. However, upon check-in, we found that the sofa bed was actually a single size and the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable—you could easily feel the frame underneath.

After bringing this to the front desk's attention, they were very helpful and kindly upgraded us to a room with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, which we really appreciated! Big thumbs up for the great service.

The sound insulation in the hotel could be improved—we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and from upstairs. That said, the staff were all friendly and polite. Although the front desk didn’t initially offer complimentary water for Platinum members, they provided it upon request, which was appreciated.

The surrounding area felt very safe, the hotel was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was generous and tasty. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel overall appears nice enough. However there were ants all over my room. I asked three times for it to be addressed and a manager never contacted me. The front desk girl tried to help with traps but I had toddlers in the room and they were traps that leaked. I saw the ants in multiple other places of the hotel too. Just get the problem fixed.
Beds are not comfortable. Noise control is awful. Breakfast was just ok - staff is rude there.
The location is fine. And the front desk staff are really nice people. They were the best part of the stay.

Over all my family’s stay was sufficient. We had a hard time sleeping, and the “heated” pool was in fact not heated. That was a disappointment.
The staff was all great and did the best within their capacity to help. Probably won’t stay here again.

This location is clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for 4 adults staying a week.

This visit to Hillsboro was made so easy and comfortable because I stayed at Staybridge, Orenco Station in Hillsboro. The staff were all helpful and on point. The room was very clean, meals excellent and a complete overall great experience. THANK YOU ALL, especially Jesus and Anthony for EVERYTHING.

We had a suite booked for 8 people, the stay was amazing and we really liked this place. The only one issue we had was ants in the room everywhere in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The breakfast nice and the hotel staff was good and helpful. Most of the major things are pretty near to the hotel.

The outside of the building was inviting very pleasantly greeted the hallways the public areas were nice and clean and tidy smelled nice. Inside the room it was very pleasant temperature The bed was very comfortable The bathroom was very inviting and clean. The couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Went out to go to the pool and it looked nice very clean but it was extremely cold for an indoor pool. Had a great night sleep very low noise went down for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. there were no eggs no sausage no biscuits or pancakes everything had been depleted and no staff around in the breakfast area to question about refilling so left and went and bought breakfast nearby. Very disappointed because that was part of the appeal of staying at a $200 hotel was the good breakfast and the pool

No room service for 5 nights

Staff were nice especially the cooks in the morning. I stayed for 6 nights & didn’t get cleaning service till the day before my last night. After the 2nd day I let the gentleman at the front desk know & he had me set my towels outside & made note that my room get cleaned. They grabbed the towels from outside but never went in the room even without a sign. Had to go down every day for towels & although the front desk people were helpful, nothing seemed to work till I went down on the 5th morning to let them know but at that point I was already getting towels & took out my own trash. Just very disappointing to be honest.
