Staybridge was very clean, the staff was friendly, it was quiet, comfortable and just what my husband and I needed. Easy access to downtown and different shopping centers.

Upon check-in, I was “required” to give a reason for my stay. The staff member said I would not be “allowed” to check in unless I gave a reason to be at the motel. “The system requires it.”, she said.
I found that to be invasive and unnecessary. I have never HAD to answer that question before.

Enjoyed the suite on a 3 night stay. Very comfortable, clean, quiet suite. Didn’t cook but there were adequate supplies to do so. Nice interior and Lake Hamilton view at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for lodging in the Hot Springs area

In addition to having peaceful, clean rooms that provide a good night's sleep, it is also quite handy. A great bonus is the complimentary breakfast, and the staff is welcoming.very recommended motel.

A place that everyone should stay! Our cousins' trip was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful with us. The room met and exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel. Beautiful setting. Fabulous breakfast. Comfy room and bed! Lady Hope and Lady Linda were very helpful. Lady Hope went out of her way to assist us. These ladies are keepers.

What an amazing place! I cant stress enough that this place made us feel at home away from home. We brought our dog and they made it feel like they were part of the family.
I want to say that Linda and Andrea i believe her name was are probably the best front desk people i have met and I travel a lot. They took out of their way to make our request possible and probably made our future experience in other places a bar to measure. Please believe me when I say that if you stay here they will bend over backwards to make your stay incredible.

Fire pit didn’t work and no Maint. Person
1 of the showers had hair stuck to wall in several places.
Both shower rods need adjusting.
Pool was filthy.
Media room out of order.
Location great!
View from outdoor seating great!
Beds - great!
Front desk staff great!
