We hosted a small business gathering where everyone was coming in from out of town. My colleagues were very impressed at the rooms and the food was great. The whole team took really good care of us and I hope we will be back again.

I dont like fixed shower heads. And the carpet smell was not good. there was a nail on the carpet. other than these, I had a good time in Staybridge Suites Houston West/energy Corridor.

The hotel is nice and clean price was great for such a large suite. Room was very clean and in great condition. My one problem is the floor of tubs are to slippery and I fell while showering and banged up my body pretty bad. So if you are and elderly couple be forewarned that it’s high risk for falls. I’m 50 and I fell while showering

My recent stay at Hilton IHG was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity.
The amenities were top-notch — from the well-equipped fitness center to the serene pool area, everything was maintained to the highest standards. I especially appreciated the breakfast spread, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.

Please stay away from this hotel they will scam you the rooms are horrible Odor is awful the sheets blankets pillow cases has bad Odor had to go buy my own. Sleeper sofa had such a bad odor didn’t even sit on it, told the staff said they would deep clean the room never did. Had to stay here cause the charge my card and took the money I didn’t have enough to get an other hotel, the will lie you about the rate and deposit never got my deposit said the rate change on the last day so they took it. $180 deposit said that’s the rate for the last day go figure. They lie then when you tell them the other staff member said otherwise they all say that staff member misinformed you they just started lol like they take a class how to lie. Just all around bad experience wouldn’t recommend this place and staff to no one especially the general manager Rydarr his name is if I spell it right he’s the ring leader call him couple days later after check out kept telling me I’ll call you back I’m at the store getting some food for his family lol honestly how unprofessional they when he finally called back he raised his voice the whole time just going in circles. Stay away from here Staybridge hotel 1225 Eldridge Pkwy

Love this hotel, from when we checked in, both receptionists were so kind and understanding. Eventhough they were doing renovation, we didn’t mind. The room was clean, and it was quiet at night. The social reception had the best food I’ve tasted from the other staybridge. They even have basmati rice with naan for vegetarians. Same thing during breakfast, they have Indian food for vegetarians. I love their variety of hot sauces. The manager was there, he is very friendly and always making sure we had everything we need. I’m glad we stayed there and will stay there again the time we’ll be in Houston
