Smelly, dirty and overall gross

We checked into room 129, and we were immediately hit by the stench of cat urine. I requested another room, and we were put into 123. Around 2 am I noticed that there were two dirty washcloths hanging above the shower curtain. I let Santiago know, and he just said that it could have been the housekeepers that left it there. I doubt it, but okay. He offered no resolution. Like, atleast grab some gloves and come to get them?! I then contacted IHG who said that a manager who contact me before we left. Nothing. No one contacted me. I won’t be staying again.
Hands down a wonderful experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful… rooms are very quiet … bed was super comfy…felt safe walking my dog.. I will definitely return when I come to this area… such a great experience

We had a pleasant stay. Room was clean with nice amenities. Bed as comfy, pillows were mix of soft and firm. Location was quick and easy drive to Houston Methodist medical center.

Quality very good. Rested well, noise pollution was unavoidable as it’s right in front of hotel. Other wise very comfy and rooms excellent if using the suit.

I highly recommended to everyone they even have. A shuttle bus to take you up to 3 miles it’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s also a fiesta mart that’s less than half a mile long that you can walk to and a very peaceful place to be at

My parents had an appointment in the medical center, and this location was conveniently located near the hospital. The front desk staff and management were super nice.
