Humble hidden gem

At first I was a little worried about the fact that my work made the reservations in Humble because of the location. However that became a great asset since the amenities and friendly staff more than made up for the driving distance for each of my visits to local participants. The night manager and the weekend kitchen staff were so friendly and made me feel like I was home. A special recognition goes to Leslie who aided me by calling 911 when I couldn’t due to a health issue. She called from her personal phone when she couldn’t get thru using the hotel phone. The manager allowed me to check out a little later than usual since I had to wait to be dismissed from the hospital. I will forever be grateful for their humanity and caring. I always request Staybridge as the hotel to stay when I travel and now I will make sure that is the case each time. Excellent hospitality.

Dependable, consistent, reliable property! We highly recommend this property and support it every chance we get when we come to see my elderly parents to who live in Kingwood. We can count on the consistency of the property managment, staff and warm breakfast every morning!

One of the best IHG hotels we have stayed. The service was great. The people were so very nice and friendly. It was also nice that the provided local transportation (with in 5miles), so convenient.

Hotel had roaches but hotel staff member Cathy laughed it off by calling them water bugs another staff member called them tree roaches. They sprayed the rooms. Woke up my 4th day after room was sprayed for the roaches to bite marks over my body . Reported it to front desk and Cathy was on staff again. I showed her my marks and the blood spots in sheets. Dish washer had out of order sign on it in one of my rooms. The maid cleaning could not speak English . She needed a translator. Even though my do not disturb sign was posted she enter the room anyway.

We used this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. The hotel was above what we were expecting. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Debbie went above and beyond to make our experience even better.
