What hotel schedules construction at night when paying customers are trying to sleep to be able to work the next day? This place did. Unacceptable.

When I arrived, I realized we were a day earlier than I had booked. I accidentally picked the wrong day. Without even skipping a beat the guy checking us in instantly canceled the next night which is when I accidentally had booked for an immediately booked us at the same rate for right then. He didn’t make me feel dumb or anything about it. He greeted us with a small and it was very smooth.

I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends whenever they are in Dallas. I did like the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and so helpful.

The stay was good except the dog baker. The hotel needs to consider other guest that don't have dogs.

Better than expected

Our flight from DFW was cancelled. We had to find a hotel after 10pm for two nights before they could get us on another flight. The Staybridge was an excellent choice. They made our very inconvenient situation feel like a short break instead of a major problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more options than expected. A comfortable bed, clean room, and hot shower helped us tremendously. Thank you!

They’re cheap. The breakfast and social hour was bare minimum. They had powdered eggs and some sort of sausage, despite IHG telling me they should. They wouldn’t honor my IHG food voucher. Their remodel seems to be going well though.

Was once nice - needs refresh

This hotel could be great again - in process of refresh - but seems they hired a DIY hack. They have several "residents" and the grill area has 5 broken grills including residents charcoal versions. The laundry area though complimentary, machines are in disrepair, and havr not been cleaned in MONTHS if ever. Trash around the hot tub area - also seems to be residual for months. Didn't dare breakfast -

I have stayed at this property several times and do highly recommend it. There is a major remodel in progress but the staff is outstanding and the rooms comfortable. There are no device charging ports, but I think they'll be added in the remodel, so bring your wall charger in!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so anything we may have had issues with will probably be changed. Our room was quiet, but the A/C did not get cold enough at night. The room needs USB outlets for charging.

I had a very good overall experience at this hotel. They were in the process of remodeling but the hotel was clean and quiet. I had no problems with my stay. The suite was wonderful. They do need to upgrade their beds. The one I had was very soft, lumpy and uneven. However, Imwould not hesitate to stay again.

Stay at a different IHG hotel. This was the worst
