Loved everything about my stay. Front desk greeted us with kindness. The rooms were so clean just everything about the stay was perfect. The breakfast was amazing having a variety of everything.

This is an older hotel but has been updated. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy; we reported this to the front office, but they were unable to fix it, so we had to deal with it. It was not a huge deal but it would wake you up at night.

Nice double bed and 2 room
Setup with kitchenette the issue is the mildew/mold. Bottoms of the doors were swollen and splintered from being wet and the ac and carpets need deep cleaning to get rid of that mildew smell. I am very allergic and felt

Normally I I love to stay and Staybridge but this time I felt as though our room was musty and smell went nearly the entire state. The couch was slightly stained and over all the carpet just did not feel very clean. They were tears in the carpet and the layout of the bathrooms was quite frustrating where's the shower. Overall, I would not recommend this Staybridge to anyone, as it seems quite outdated. All of their other locations have seen great up until this point.

Stayed for 4 nights with a toddler and a baby. I highly recommend the property. Got no problem getting a room upgrade from the hotel which made our stay more comfortable! My kids love the pool! Jacuzzi is nice to end your day!
Decent for the value

We stayed the night to be close to Orlando to celebrate my kids birthdays. It was a good value for the price as we are a larger family. We booked the 2 queen and 1 king room. Checkin process was great and employees were friendly. We made our way to our room and you can tell you paid for the value. The ac was leaking water in to the walkway outside of our room, and a few others we passed. When we got to our door it was a bit dirty and rusty. Inside the lights were a bit tricky but we figured it out. My toddler immediately found a bolt on the floor in the 2 queen room and brought it to us. The bathroom in the kitchen had a broken door handle. There was pen drawings on the king bedroom wall. The shower head hurt the kids backs as it sprayed all over and super rough. The shampoo , conditioner and body wash smelt off in one of the bathrooms. There was mildew and gaps in the caulking in the bathroom. Beds weren’t the comfiest and everyone complained in the morning. The AC unit was a bit tricky and we were either super cold or warm. Ha. Breakfast was supppppper busy! My husband went at 7am and I went around 9:30am. Seating was hard to get and other guests didn’t make it easy as they’d cut each other off for lines. Check out was a breeze though.

Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel is great location and close proximity to all Disney attractions.

I enjoyed setting by the pool late night,love the free laundry,Drinks at the pool bar could've been better,Things was broken in room.
Good option if rate is low. Hotel is dated.

This hotel is dated and needs some improvements.
Pros: Excellent location, excellent size of rooms, convenient kitchinette, good internet.
Cons: Dated, small breakfast area for the size of the property and usually crowded, noisy air conditioning system, low lighting inside the room.
This is a good option for your money If the rate is low.

Average hotel but the carpets in the room are dirty. White socks turned black quickly. They need to wash them more often. There were also homeless people in the parking lot by the 7/11
