I've travelled all over the country as a pilot, stayed at lots of hotels. I never heard of IHG hotel before for some reason. I was very much impressed with the hotel. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, the hotel design and look was much more than I expected. It was clean, breakfast was great with more options than most hotels. Never heard of a hotel having a "social hour" before. That was a great option to get some food without having to leave the building.

Lovely hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious.I had a kitchenette. The lobby food area was very clean.The pool was nice.

Our team plays several softball tournaments in Lakeland throughout the year. Our hotel of choice is Staybridge Suites. Friendly staff and cleanliness of the rooms are excellent. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is beautiful. You will not regret staying at Staybridge Suites in Lakeland!

My stay was pretty pleasant and very clean place, pretty good breakfasts. It was nice to have a barbecue grill and sitting areas to cook food and relax. The pool wasn't nothing to brag about but it worked for 3 people at a time. Lol

I was very disappointed at the cleanliness and condition of the room. Your room should be an extension of your home. This was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

My girlfriend and I stayed for about a week and it was perfect. Not the best hotel I have stayed in but you get more than what you pay for. The room was a bit outdated but still comfortable and provided everything we needed. Internet was great for watching YouTube videos and streaming services. The little kitchen was wonderful and the king bed was comfortable. I was pretty satisfied with the included breakfast and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall this hotel is a great value and I would definitely stay here again.
