Great experience for hotels of this level

Shower head fell off while bathing. No response

My stay was perfect until, I attempted to bath before check out and the shower head fell water was all over the place. Contacted management fully dressed he ask If I wanted maintenance to go back. I was heading to a meeting and had to immediately check out. He took my information and never called me.

First time staying with you and I liked every aspect of the hotel.
It's a home away from home, the amenities are great especially the suite we stayed in was just perfect for our family of 6.
Loved the comfort of the beds, privacy with the rooms, nutritious breakfast, and for the kids the basketball court and porch outside.
Just one wish ......an indoor pool would be icing on the cake .
Overall everything was great and met my expectations, thank you!

Great experience, easy check-in (we had an extremely late arrival). Breakfast was excellent. The stay was comfortable. The couch bed can be of better quality but it worked. My family and I will definitely book again.

Staff is amazing, very respectful, cooperative, provides solutions and friendly.This is noticed from at least a month before the booking time with phone calls to change, confirm, and ask questions. At check-in, the market store, room service, breakfast service the qualities continued showing in every staff member I encountered with! Thank you for the beautiful stay and for being ready for our guests in the hotel with early breakfast to being up in the lobby quietly at night!

The Front Desk Personnel, Housekeeping Staff, Dining Staff, Maintenance Staff, everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. Had a great stay here.

Less than desirable stay

I did not have the best experience at this hotel and expect more from a hotel especially an extended stay like this one. My first concern is how terrible the sofa bed is. If you are going to advertise this as a sleep able option it should not be extremely uncomfortable. It is unacceptable for it to be that bad. Second was breakfast which we only had one of the four mornings. The choices were minimal and food was subpar. Just charge me less for the room and don’t have breakfast if it’s gonna be that bad. Also, we had to leave for a lacrosse tournament tournament by 7:15 some days and breakfast wasn’t ready. Come on. How can you not be serving breakfast at that time? At least have something available as a grab and go option. I also thought the kitchen and dining area in the room were super small and not very cozy. I expect more from what is advertised as a one bedroom suite with a kitchen. There were also no plates or glasses in the room, just some silverware. Room felt very dark and inviting and couch felt like it had an uncomfortable plastic coating on it. There was also no ice available unless you asked and they had to go to the kitchen. This area is big with lacrosse events and this is not the best if you can’t fill up coolers with ice conveniently. I get it you can’t control who uses the luggage carts but on check out there were none available and I had to make 4 trips to the car from the 4th floor with tons of gear and coolers. Please invest in more carts as this type of hotels caters to people that likely have more luggage with extended stays. I also felt the lobby very dreary and not an inviting place to hang out. Overall pretty disappointed with the accommodations and will never come back. This feedback comes from a honest point of view and hope the leaders take it serious to provide a great experience for your guests. It stings to walk away unhappy after spending over $1,000 on a less than desirable experience.

Fabulous Property

Staybridge Suites offered a fabulous day. Check in was quick and effortless. Customer service at the desk was superb. I believe his name was Muhammad. He was very gracious and told us all about the hotel. We found our room to be absolutely great. Very spacious, very clean, and we had all the amenities that we needed. Breakfast was abundant and we had plenty to eat. Even the coffee was good and I have to drink decaf. Unfortunately, because of other commitments, we were not able to partake in the afternoon receptions. Check out was with no issues.Housekeeping was delightful and supplying us with extra towels. If we needed we definitely would recommend this hotel. We stayed here because we had a competition at the University of Maryland and it was close by and provided fine accommodations to the location.

This was our family’s 1st time at this hotel and it won’t be our last. From the staff to the amenities everything hit all the marks.
My kids already are planning for going back next year! :)
