Good value for the money

Clean, well-maintained hotel, convenient to major highways, nice walking trail nearby. Good area of town, so not too concerned about crime. Not many dining establishments within walking distance besides pizza and waffles, but Las Cruces is not that big, so that's not such a big deal. The suites are nice and there's a door between the bedroom and the kitchenette/sitting area, so one person can continue sleeping while the other makes coffee.
Very comfortable soaker tub.

Most hotel tubs are horrible for those of us who like to soak after a long trip and these were great plenty wide and deep with a great back support.

My wife and I really liked this hotel and the staff was great. The green chile on the social and breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool and grounds are well kept and look great. We slept well and our room was very comfortable.

TERRIBLE staff, rude. Zero customer service skills. Dishonest..allowed others to check in after stating no rooms were available until at least 3pm (actual check in time) 3 families in out party checked in at 1330. Just an awful experience. Won't return

We could not sleep steadily through the night due to excessive noise coming from the air vents turning on and off intermittently, it resembled the sound of construction equipment. The pool was unexpectedly closed for almost the entirety of our stay, with a twenty foot ladder being left out unattended in the pool area when it did open. The hotel management is extremely rude and unprofessional, abrasive and confrontational when presented with issues. I wanted to like this property so bad however I was extremely disappointed.

hotel was dirty bathroom smelled like urin, we found bugs in the towels and beds.

An aging hotel that is being run down. I was placed in a room that was supposed to have been put out of business due to mold and water damage to the room. It took me complaining of the unhealthy smell and environment before I was switched to another room without any apologies. Worst experience ever.

I had such a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites! From the moment I checked in, everything felt comfortable and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel genuinely welcomed — not just like another guest passing through.
The suite itself was perfect — clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made a big difference during my stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches that made the room feel cozy and lived-in, not just like a hotel.
Breakfast each morning was great, with plenty of choices and fresh options. I also really enjoyed the common areas — especially the fire pit and outdoor seating — great places to unwind. It was also nice to have access to the gym and laundry facilities, which came in handy.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a longer visit, Staybridge Suites really makes you feel like you belong. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Staff was great kitchen was very accommodating for my picky eater kids. We really enjoyed the pool. It was convenient to get where we needed to in Las Cruces. Definitely would stay again.
