Great customer service and the evening socials always have the best snacks after a long day! The rooms also offer a home away from home feel especially if you are out for a weeklong stay.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Great breakfast. Front desk was NOT awesome, but I’ve dealt with way worse. Other than not getting to check in on time (our room wasn’t ready until 4:45 which made us rushed to get to our event) it was a great stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet, very clean, knowledgeable personable front desk staff, housekeeping services are exquisite. Within walking distance to several restaurants including a bagel shop, Hy-Vee grocery store gas station and banks. Pet friendly. Smoke free. Loved their pool. Excellent breakfast.

Comfy beds, great AC! Stayed here during super humid August, and the in room AC cranked away, keeping the room a nice 70 degrees! No stupid motion sensors & waking up sweating, here yay!

We stayed at this hotel for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. It was convenient and clean. The noise levels were low and the amenities were very sufficient. Some minor things that could be done to help get the rating up. Our front door was very hard to open and shut. One afternoon we returned to our room and found it open because the cleaning staff apparently didn't get it closed tight. The bathroom door was in the same shape. You had to slam it to get it to shut. But the other items in the room were a nice touch - the soap, shampoo and conditioner were great.

Overall OK.
Bedroom too small for two queen beds and luggage for three adults with multiple day stay. Same with bathroom.
Living area and kitchen excellent. Breakfast good but seating area limited. Have to ask for weekend room service.

After a day filled with errands, our family decided to stay over and had no regrets when we left. Check in was smooth, quick, and everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. What a terrific place! Will stay again!

I did not expect this room. This was not the typical hotel experience for me; (which is putting up with ‘one thing’ you don’t like because you need a place to sleep). I question if this room had any previous guests. It was immaculately pristine. I looked for any sign of previous guests, I found none. The back courtyard at night was peacefully serene with its mood lighting, soft patio chairs and fire pit. There was not one second of my stay that was not absolutely perfect. The worst part was leaving. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to Lincoln. Thank you, StayBridge and IHG!

Staybridge Suites is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are great to sleep in. The staff on site is wonderful!
