The two drawbacks that I had while we stayed was there was nowhere to charge our cell phones and the room only came with the shower.

The large suite was fabulous! I have never stayed in this spacious of a hotel. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for staying with a co-worker. In addition, the living room and kitchen were great to have so we could bring food back to the room and not waste it and have conversation in a general area.

Just like home!

IHG provided a lovely place to relax while we were visiting our son in the Air Force. The kitchen was stocked so we could make meals in our room. If we preferred, the prepared breakfast were a full buffet of delicious, warm food, with fruits, and any other breakfast item you could think of! The location was very convenient, easy, free parking, with comfortable beds and no noise that would interrupt sleeping. Highly recommend! This is our second or third time staying there, and we plan to return.

Great place to stay for us when we come in town for my wife’s doctor’s appointment. She had a kidney transplant at UAMS on May 12, 2025!

I have had no end of issues with this Hotel. First of all, I get a text out of the blue stating or rather insisting that I provide a credit card for incidentals on my upcoming stay. I wasn't even in the state yet. After somewhat heated conversations, it was stated, to either provide the card number or the reservation would be cancelled by noon (yes I still have the text). I finally gave after calling the hotel and giving them the number. However when arriving at the hotel, they again asked for the credit card number stating I shouldn't have been asked prior to arrival. I was shocked to discover upon proceeding to out assigned room, that we got a notice from the credit card company that the hotel has charged us $100 for incidentals and we haven't even gotten to the room yet. Checking with the front desk, they stated it would be returned within 3 to 5 business days, it didn't take them that amount of time to charge it though. We then went to out room which was NOT what we reserved. They swapped us from a King size bed to 2 queen size beds. We discussed this issue and they stated if someone did not arrive, they would swap out the rooms which did not happen. Looking out the windows at the other rooms while still awake until about 11pm, I could see at least 15 rooms still had the curtains open, bed made and no one moving around. I did discover that the living room TV was hung up on some USB thing but as we had the bedroom TV working, we didn't bother with it. IN the morning we attempted to take our showers and for a room designed for 6 people, it only had 1 towel in the room. Again, we made do but were definitely not happy and let the clerk know on our way out. For a Hotel designated as a upscale business, it is not close. The only 2 things positive were the front desk clerks were cheerful and the breakfast was a tiny bit better than the Holiday Inn express. Needless to say, I will be looking into cancelling my rewards account and most likely any future reservations will not be at a Holiday INN hotel or their subsidiary's.

not good, did not geet the room I asked for. my wife must use a walker and wears a large hip brace. we we were put
in the room at the end of hall. ( a long ways for her to walk )

I travel for business a lot and getting a good night sleep in foreign bed is often difficult. But comfortable bed and good pillow selection I actually had some really good nights of sleep. Also, the comforts of the patio lounging area with a fire pit was a nice touch to decompress at end of work day.

Drive a few minutes to get to a better area

The rooms are very clean. However, my family has had issues with this location each time we have stayed there. Anytime that we attempt to address issues with management we are told that we should just stay somewhere else. There are homeless people camped in the lot next to the hotel. There are a lot of "walkers" in the area. Personally, I do not feel that the security at this location is the best. The backdoor keycard lock was broken so anyone can just walk in. Additionally, there have been issues such as our Silver Elite benefit of late check out not being approved at check in but not being honored and us getting told to leave while in the shower, being charged an extra $100 and not being refunded for 5-7 business days for incidentals but not being told about it until we looked at our bank account, women screaming in the hallway at midnight, the pull out couch collapsing in the middle of the night while our son was asleep. All these little things have added up and we will drive a few miles to be comfortable.

The room was great and bed was comfortable. Loved our stay except for the smoke alarms going off at 3:03 am and again at 3:30 for some reason. No fire was reported so that was a plus

This was a last minute trip and the stay did not disappoint. The room was great for both sleeping and having room to do my work. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Little Rock.
