The host (Ryan) and hostess (Michelle) were the only bright spots in my stay. Ryan went out of his way to ensure we checked in smoothly. His attitude and professionalism were above expectations. Michelle who checked us out of the room was very courteous and professional. These two representative of the IHG family were two of the finest we have encountered.
The room was sub-standard for a IHG hotel. The hallway had a offensive odor, and the room also. A lot of small things made the stay unenjoyable. The room carpet was gloomy and room lighting was not enough.
The only reason we chose this location was because we travel with a cocker spaniel, and other IHG hotels in area do not accept pets. The outside of hotel was full of cigarette butts and I stepped in a pile of dog feces while walking my dog (with a bag to pick up his)

Actually clean the rooms. I seriously doubt it was cleaned. The bathroom toilet had a long brown hair on it, the pullout had dirt and hair, also the dishes had lipstick on it. Mind you it is coronavirus time and EVERYTHING is to be sterilized. This room was not and it was very annoying that I had to buy my own materials to clean the room. I will no longer use their services when I travel to Lubbock, Tx again.

Bed and pillows needed to be more comfortable. Digital thermostat would better and more accurate. Breakfast was good and stafg was friendly and helpful.
Room was excellent for me due to having surgery.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful hotel. They even made coffee early for us as we had to leave before breakfast.

The best hotel stay iv had in a while. The staff was very friendly and the room was way more than i has expected.

J’ai passé un long et bon séjour à l’hôtel. Tout est propre et le respect des règles dhygiene en situation de COVID est bien respecté.

Bathroom floor was filthy. We had to get a broom and dustpan and clean it as well as the refrigerator. I wondered why the bathtub was dirty and found out when it would not drain.
I asked to speak to manager and she ignored my request. Don't recommend staying at this hotel!

My room felt like my own furnished apartment..a true home away from home. I would have been more pleased if they offered half and half for coffee.

I live in NJ, but am from and have a lot of family in Lubbock. Recently, I received sad news about the loss of a loved one who lived in the Tech area. I chose this place because of its proximity to their home for services. I didn't expect a lot but it exceeded my expectations! I don't think guest photos do this place justice, and the prices are so reasonable. I LOVED the spacious room layout, the complimentary water, decor and couch it was like a suite! Also loved the free parking with close proximity to my room, friendliness of the staff, free breakfast burritos, and all-day coffee in the lobby! Thank you to the staff, working in these worrisome times re COVID. I felt safe with you at the helm.

Noise in the room from people in the hall and from people coming down the stairs and from people in the room overhead was disappointing.
