Great location and free breakfast!

Great location. Walking distance to lots of food and central location makes it easy to drive anywhere in town. Rooms were spacious and pretty comfortable. There was some noise issues but our room was right by an outside door so maybe next time we ask for an interior room.

The beds were the best around. I loved it so much h that I went online to try and find them for my home. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Wonderful area being that it is right next to all of the main restaurants.

I stay here often when visiting Lubbock due to location being within several great restaurants. The hotel is always clean with a nice outdoor seating area. Comfortable beds and always friendly front desk staff.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would defintely stay here again and again no matter what city I land in. I loved the Ice and cold water in the refrigerator.

Stayed here while working and had no issues whatsoever. Room was clean and spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone working at this hotel made guests feel like more then customers by being down to earth. Even remembering our names. Being greeted with a "good morning " and a smile every morning was very welcoming.

Heater that sounded like a beat up old car and no handles on any cabinets or drawers

This heater was so loud and would not quiet down. However, if you turned the heater off the room got freezing cold. When I went to go make myself some tea to try and relax from that mouth, I realized there were no handles on any drawers or cabinets. This was not addressed by the staff in anyway so I left the hotel and ended up booking another room which was hard to do because of events happening in the area apparently.
