They had great staff the rooms were clean neat everything worked as it should. I will definitely be back in Melbourne and use them again. We also had children they felt safe.

It was wonderful to have a kitchen to make breakfast and cool cocktails. Our family was at a condo on the beach 5 minutes away and we could come back to rest, shower, and regroup. Having the separate bedroom let my husband take a nap while i did some chores online.

Clean room, very accommodating, friendly staff and aside from the increased rate from $120 to $280 the last night we were there, stay was a great deal. There was an event at Wickham Park so the hotel rate was doubled 2.5x Friday night, but the staff extended our stay the extra night we needed so we didn’t need to switch hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for a concert I was attending. It was nice. The greeting was friendly. The room was very nice. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very large. Kitchen area was nice. My only was issues were the elevator was a bit slow. The mattress on my bed needed to be flipped. The sides were fine, the middle of it was a little uncomfortable. Both really not major things. But I enjoyed my stay there

I come to the Space Coast for work frequently and the Candlewood has been my "go-to" home away from home for the past 10 years ! The staff is helpful and friendly and always professional ! Thank you for making this such a great place to stay for very reasonable rates !

Front desk service was good and we were checked in quickly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The elevator was a little scary as it seemed to not want to open and close. Overall, not a bad stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We were staying in the area for a college softball showcase, so my only recommendation would be to maybe have a breakfast for the early risers. Thank you.

When we arrived IHG members to check in, there was a woman I front of us that asked if her room could change because she didn’t want to be on the highway side. Her room was changed. We asked not to be on the highway side also. The clerk said no. We asked whey and he said because you are IHG members. What????!!! Ou bathroom and side of the fridge were gross. I took pictures to upload. We couldn’t change our room. We left by 8:30 the next am. The stains in tub enclosure were glue residue. The wall and the floor was just dirty and the side of the fridge was dirty. We don’t have to have perfect but we expect things to be clean. Seriously! We used our points and were incredibly disappointed.
