Rude staff

The most unwelcoming and rude staff I have ever experienced. Pull out couch was broken and unsafe and they wouldn't help, when the cleaning staff entered our room before check out they threw away all our food in the fridge and dumped the ice in the freezer....before check out time!! We had to spend the next 2.5 hours in another team members room because our beds were stripped, and the cleaning staff was in there at 9:45 even though we still had our cards. Thankfully we loaded almost all of our personal belongings prior to them entering the room.

This location feels good. I found the staff yo be professional and very nice. The social gathering and breakfast were both very good as well. I recommend this location to travelers who desire comfort and the feeling of home.

Visited the hotel from Cleveland to attend the Rennasance Festival. Brought 2 kids (one slept on the sofa lounger and one on the pull out bed). When we asked for extra sheets, we were provided with blankets and not sheets, but we made due. Room was comfortable and clean. For the week leading up to the stay, I kept telling my kids, we're gonna have a "Hotel Party!!" and play boardgames and swim, but when I first walked into the hotel, the front desk had a sign posted that said "No party's of any kind are permitted"... which was humerous but sort of burst my bubble of enthusiasm anyway. We needed two extra chairs for playing boardgames at the kitchen table, but we were told they didnt have more, so we stood to play the games. Overall, it was a fun experience - we brought our own air fryer since the kitchen is not equipped with an oven. Last year when we attended the ren fest and stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite, there was a problem with ants- but we did not see any ants this year! Would recommend (surrounding attractions are within walking distance and this is a great location for a hotel).

I have stayed at this hotel before 3 years ago and this stay was as great as the first stay!! Rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast and social hour was excellent and the staff at social hour was very friendly and kept everything filled and fresh. I will definitely be back!!

Our visit was welcoming from the moment we checked in with Rick B. At the front desk. The hotel was very open and comfortable with different areas to relax besides your room. The rooms were large and comfortable. We would choose Staybridge Hotels again. Thank you for your great service!

Extremely well kept facility. It looks brand new. They do an amazing job replacing worn “parts” before they are worn out.
All of the staff is extremely friendly. A truly refreshing visit.

I've stayed here in the past and the water smelled sulfuric, I forgot and booked again and it was sulfuric again making me sick each time. Cancelled an upcoming stay back here due to this.

I stay all over the Midwest and it's always nice to find a place that has 5-star quality and services with good rates,
friendly people, great food within or within walking distance and excellent services.
The BED was so comfortable, I wanted to take it!

Love, love, love this property! The location is perfect. We walked to breakfast, dinner, shopping and to the salon for a mani and pedi! The hotel was clean and neat! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, we asked where we could buy that brand. The front told us that the beds were new and all had just been recently upgraded!
