Condition of vanity sink in poor condition.

Staybridge is always great for us. The beds are so comfortable I believe because you’d be happy in them for a long term stay! It is wonderful to have a bathroom with a tub! Staff is always sweet and responsive! Location is great and feels safe!!

Every time I’m in Midland to visit family. This is the hotel I prefer. Excellent customer service, breakfast, and overall sleep quality. Room is very clean and comfortable. Lots of parking right outside and felt safe.

When in the Midland area, give this Hotel a try, you won't be disappointed. They offer the two room suites that work great for our company.
Quiet, clean, comfortable

Property was clean and quiet, away from noisy traffic. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired considering the price I paid for the room. I have stayed at much cheaper properties that had a much better quality free breakfast. Management should make sure that facilities/room amenities are in good working order especially given the price point. Had to deal with non-existent water pressure in bathroom sink and non-working refrigerator for the duration of my stay (4 nights). Otherwise, stay was adequate.

This is the second time Ives stayed and each time I find something new I like about this place first the evening social event is a great idea and the privet space to do work is nice can catch a quick workout and relax I. The spa .
Don’t Expect the Room you Book

Booked room on Expedia over a month in advance.
Confirmed the room with the front desk staff the morning of check in.
Show up in the evening to be told the ‘room was no longer available’ and the Assistant GM tried to call earlier in the day.
GM couldn’t be bothered enough to talk with us.

Customer service was excellent, very clean and in a fantastic location. Beautiful hotel! Easy to access from the airport!
