Beautiful property, clean etc. However, the most important thing is the way I was treated by Alex at the front desk. He is professional, kind and does everything he can to make your stay the very best. Also, the young man on second shift was very very kind as well. Great staff here. The only suggestion I would have is adding a couple gluten free options for breakfast. Thank you so much! Diamond Elite member.

The hotel was levely and the amenities were great. The staff was very helpful and polite. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure they mad my stay comfortable and easy.

Failure to follow through with a concern

I had an issue with the laundry on day one I went to the clerk and addressed it. He said that one of the manager would come and speak with me. Nobody did come on my day of departure, which was the four again addressed it. There was a manager that was passing by never stopped to speak with me. This is not the customer service that I am accustomed to and I wanted to let you know you and tell you how disappointed that I was The building is beautiful, but but without customer service it doesn’t mean much

This is definitely the best place to stay that we have had in the US.It is exceptionally well laid out and very clean. Could not be better.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. You can get on I-275 right away, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, plus shopping at Walmart (a nice one) and Target (a nice one).

Your hotel is beautiful and new! The staff is great! My husband and 3 grandchildren stayed at your hotel due to a family trip to Kings Island. The location to Kings Island was fantastic.
