We left some old kids backpacks in our room because we didn’t have a way to dispose of them. The front desk reached out asking if I wanted them to ship them to us. I said no, but that is wonderful customer service. They treated us very well. We will be staying here next time we are in Missoula.

We stay in a decent amount of hotels. When I say this room was clean, This room was clean! I have a 1yr old and his feet were clean after running around the room. At other places his feet turn black. I appreciated how clean the floors were! Having the kitchen was so handy and nice. I loved the laundry basket in the closet! Having 2 tv's was so helpful for traveling with children. Overall, very pleased and would stay again.

This hotel was fabulous. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I like the layout that's like an apartment. It gives you plenty of space. The social hour was a nice touch. Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit was really good and they had some really good sausages on the bar. They also have free laundry which was the cherry on top for me as we are on a 2 week trip and that saved me from having to find somewhere to go. I will definitely look for more of these hotels in the future.

Our stay here was exceptional. The overall condition and maintenance of the property and rooms was excellent. The social offered some good food and wonderful desert. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend.

The staff here are exceptional. From the front desk personnel to everyone working the breakfast kitchen area. Best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time-including how clean the breakfast area was and the friendliness of the staff working it. Room was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable.
