Great Service and Location

The Hotel was very conveniently located in downtown Mobile. We walked to local restaurants and sites. The room was well stocked with everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable. Above all the staff were super friendly! We would definitely stay here again.
Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to details

My only complaint with the room was it was not cleaned well. Looked clean but not dusted. The table by bed was not that clean on top and the bottom shelf was dusty and not just a little dusty. Looks like it hadn't been dusted for some days. TV stand, dusty. Counters in kitchen area needed a little more attention too. I always carry germ wipes, so I just used those and some napkins to wipe down. Was just there for one night if it had been more nights definitely would have asked for room change. The Bed and sheets were clean, so we tolerated it.
Good Location, not good stay

Thin walls, thin floors; you will hear everything your neighbors in every direction are doing. Irregular internet access and a (mostly) wholy uninterested housekeeping staff. I was gonna from the hotel, with the same room, and came back to the same exact mold stains in the shower, as well as some new soap scum somehow? There are, of course, some who go above and beyond and have shown their delight to improve the guest experience. I’m sad that I don’t remember the lady’s name but she even said “I’m going to make sure it’s all nice and ready for when you come back from you trip Mr, XXX” which made me feel good knowing I was spending upwards of 6 months straight in this hotel. Only time I felt that.

Great location, great price(that would be my only recommendation), great service but the hotel is a bit run down. Just a bit dingy.

I have stayed in many places condos Airbnb’s but the bed in this hotel is the absolute best I’ve ever slept in! I love the space in the room and how friendly the staff was. I would absolutely stay here again. This was my third time staying and will be the only one I use when I stay in Mobile
Close to civic center

Dog food still on floor. The employees were not on the same page and giving conflicting information. Made me pay for parking even though our party was staying at different hotels and I had also paid for parking where my car was for the night.

Absolutely one of the best motels we have stayed in. We will definitely book again.
The room was very clean and very neat. We enjoyed the automatic ice machine in our room. Very quiet!

The location of the hotel was within walking distance to many downtown sights and restaurants. The staff was super nice. Overall the room was cleans and bed was comfortable. Great value for the stay.

This hotel close to downtown venues. It's little dated in hallways and rooms. Overall clean rooms and friendly staff.

I travel for work and usually spend 3-4 months at a time at a location. I usually try to stay at Candlewood Suites because of the kitchen amenities and the gym. This is the best Candlewood that I have stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well appointed with cookware, dishes, utensils, ect. The staff was great and always helpful. There is also a nice outdoor seating area with a couple of gas grills and a tv. The pool is nice and doesn't feel like you are in downtown.The hotel is in a great location with-in walking distance to several restaurants and Dauphin Street. If you are going to be staying in Mobile for an extend stay, this is the place you want to stay.

Nice hotel and rooms. Tub was too high. Would prefer shower. Reservation desk lied about smoking to get reservations. Seems to be a common issue with the reservations desk. May have to try different hotels based on need for smoking convience.
