Unfriendly staff, terrible service, miserable night's sleep.

Staff and hotel accommodations have declined tremendously. Hotel smelled throughout of cooked bacon, the AC in our room did not work making for a terrible night's sleep, hotel staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and not helpful in any way when I made attempts at rectifying the nonfunctioning AC unit.

This is a terrific hotel property. Staff is really nice and facilities are in great shape. I would stay again for sure.

We stayed here while my wife recovered from a transplant at MUSC. A nurse friend recommended this hotel. She said that the service and the comfort was great. From the time we checked in we were greeted each time we departed or arrived from followup appointments.
We had to extend our stay due to some additional test and check ups, I asked about this and was told by the front desk that it was not a problem at all and to let them know if they could assist in anything else. Great team there. This made our stay stress free and a joy. The breakfast was good as well and I was able to take some of this food up to my wife, she enjoyed it as well. We will be returning here often, as we must do a lot of followup with our team. Thank you all

Our room was exceptionally clean. Large bathroom vanity was appreciated. Comfy bed with quiet ac unit. Staff helped us in finding dining options. Great wifi. We enjoyed our stay

Staybridge Suites in Mount Pleasant is a great hotel for the value. It is in very nice condition, mattress was very comfortable, room was clean, check in and staff was pleasant. It's nice to have a full kitchen if needed. They offer a good breakfast until 11AM, which was a huge bonus. I don't understand why most hotels stop breakfast at 9AM on the weekends... so thank you for that! We also got a late checkout on our last morning, again thank you for accommodating us so well. Great job done by all. Would recommend this hotel all day long.

Staybridge provides a well designed spacious comfortable room, with separate kitchen, sitting and sleeping areas. The location is conveniently just over the bridge from the Charleston historic district. The breakfast was better than that at most chain hotels including frittatas and fresh berries.

My husband and I stayed here for a cruise out of Charleston. Very convenient location. Very clean room and hotel. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

What a fabulous hotel in Mount Pleasant! My husband and I recently visited as a getaway without kids. From the spacious room and comfy bed... to the fabulous breakfast... we were very impressed. So clean and such a nice space. Noon checkout was a huge plus. We will certainly be back.
