Wonderful hotel! Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and REALLY comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. We had a fantastic stay!

Staff was very welcoming and check me in right away. It was nice after long day of work and travel to get checked-in and start to wind down. The hotel was clean.

I don’t think I’ve encountered a more familial, attentive and kind-hearted team. I travel often for work, and this is by far my favorite property in the Bay Area. The staff remembers you, and always greet you with a smile (and sometimes jokes). They went above and beyond in every material respect, and I will be staying again soon! Shout out to the entire team (from front desk to cleaning staff to facilities), they always seem flooded in joy. Amenities are also exceptional. I love the gym, laundry facilities, and the pristine pool area.
Horrible stay

I was so excited about our stay at this hotel but it was horrible. We were booked for 4 days, and after the first night we saw our friends In the parking lot and went to breakfast in the morning. Long story short my friends came back to the room with us and because my friends actions they ended up kicking me out...honestly it was one of the worst experiences I've had.
You won’t be disappointed.

If you try and find something wrong at the Staybridge, good luck. You won’t find anything, at least that this 20+ year platinum member could find.
Friendly and efficient staff, check. Excellent accommodations, check. Excellent location (next to Costco), check. Excellent food choices for breakfast and evening socials, check. Excellent pressure for hot showers, check. Solid Internet, check.
We enjoyed our stay so much, we left some small gifts at the front desk for the staff. They deserved it!

Excellent Service.
I stayed at the hotel for over 3 months for business.I was treated great evetytime. YOU HAVE A GREAT STAFF.

I like the Room size , bedroom comfort but other areas like appliances and daily light touch Manintance requests are not good and way below expectations.

Been here quite a few times for various work and personal reasons, and it's like home away from home, especially when I stay in the king suite with the separate bedroom...feels like an apartment more than a hotel room. Can get a lot of work done in it, or just relax.
Breakfast is good and convenient, though we also do enjoy the kitchen as well since we like to cook some light things for dinner. The only thing I wish they would offer are turkey/chicken or even beef options to the pork--seems like all the meat protein options are pork. I know many people (myself included) do not eat pork for religious reasons so I wish a non-pork option would be available. That's my only gripe with breakfast.
Other than that, I highly recommend Staybridge Suites and have at least 4 or 5 more visits already booked up. I especially love how the managers keep in touch via text messaging--Vijay, Eleanor, etc. Better than always calling the front desk.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean and we were pleased that Costco is just right outside the building as well along with the mall.

I enjoyed the quietude and cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk and maintenance staff were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
