My only issue that may affect others is there is construction happening that affects parts of the hotel. This should be presented on the hotel website.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very comfortable and included a kitchen area. It was very convenient because lots of places were nearby. Staff was amazing and breakfast was worth it.

I use Staybridge for my frequent visits to NJ. I love the convenience, the quality of the rooms, breakfasts and Maria is THE best! She always has a warm smile and friendly demeanor. I always look forward to seeing her when I’m there.

Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I stayed here one month with my family, the staff made me feel like I was at home, the spacious suites. Is under renovation, but it is worthy still.

Experience difficult checking in as to the time our room will be ready. Poor communication to explain as to how to make the room warmer. No explanation as to why a higher rate was charged. Gym was not in good shape with no variety of equipment. Pool was closed with no alternative suggested.

Great property rooms very nicely referbished, very tastefully done making the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was great with a very comfortable bed slept very well..

I’m disputing say the least. Staff did not seem to care, very non-chalant, when o addressed issues, I was told to check back since there were no more rooms. The window was cracked from side to side, and the windows were actually opened, NOT Locked. One of the windows DID not lock. I’m glad I was on the second floor. I did not move to another room nor did housekeeping come to refresh, give me more towels, etc. Don’t stay here.
Home it feels like home.

Given a room where somebody was still in room. It was dark and I stumbled over some bags...appeared like a squatters room. Nowadays that may get somebody killed. No real apology when approached desk to report what had happened. Also complained about room not being cleaned during stay and they said they would have it cleaned. It wasn't cleaned after or the whole time. Construction-stayed here few months ago and it was under construction...figured it would be done by now. Maybe consider closing down and getting more guys to get it done quick. Anyways, a lot more options to choose from in the area so I'm finished with staying here, too many strikes.
