The staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze. Our room was very clean and spacious. Bed is super comfortable. Didn’t hear anything entire time there. Enjoyed our stay at this location! Late check out is a bonus as well.

The stay at Staybridge Suites was nothing short of pleasurable. The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. The amenities on site were great and the hot breakfast was delicious. I’d stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book a stay in Charleston.

We enjoyed our stay here in Northern Charleston. The kitchen was a bonus so we could save a bit of money on preparing our own lunch. We thought the breakfast selection and quality to be excellent and really enjoyed the unexpected happy hour!
Our recommendation to the hotel is to have some ventilation provided for the pool area during the summer. It was too hot to enjoy using the pool as a result.

In a central location close to the highway and a comfortable hotel stay
Breakfast during the week days with Ms. Flo is simply awesome, she knows how to make you feel at home
Marcela actually pushed my families belongings onto the elevator making sure my family’s initial check in day was smooth - I had a child in wheelchair and a lot of bags
Way to Go Marcela you did great!
Faith at the front desk was exceptional
Staysbridge at North Charleston employees made my visit AWESOME! THANK YOU WONDERFUL STAFF!

The room was very comfortable. It felt like I was at home. The staff greeted me each time I entered the hotel. They were very nice when I requested additional towels. The breakfast was like your mother or grandmother cooked it. Pam was nice and clean. It was nice to see the staff cleaning and ensuring the area was disinfected after each person left their tables. The con that I encountered was the bathroom amenities. The bottles in the shower were empty and very low. I recommend that housekeeping check room amenities when a room is booked.

Nice hotel and rooms, comfortable enough bed. The location is not the best, alot of interesting people in the area. Biggest problem was the room smelled musty and moldy when you first walked in. Told Hotel staff about the problem and was told it was just because the air conditioner shuts off when you're not in the room. ADDED:
5 days after our visit both my wife and I developed bronchitis.
The one major problems we had was the smell on the room. Very musty/smell of mildew. brought it up to the front desk a few times, but was told it was jsut from the air conditioner shutting off when we aren't in the room. I don't buy it. We should have asked for a new room on the first night! Had to wash all of our clothes when we returned home.

Absolutely excellent service from this hotel. On ALL fronts. The food service staff, the front desk staff were especially wonderful. Comparable to 5 star hotels in Japan. They always showed up with a huge smile on their face but also I know they work extra hard here. First time at a Staybridge Suites. If this is the level at every one, they will be my exclusive choice for hotel. Also, the social hours are AWESOME. 15/10 on all fronts. Huge shout out to Kiyara & Shayala.
Small note: A/C wasn't running too well in some public spots but not bad enough to bother to tell management.
Only Staybridge for us!

We love Staybridge!!! Best breakfast hands down, bedding is amazing and so comfortable, sheets are my favorite, I need to find what they use!!! Overall wonderful stay!
