I had a great stay at Staybridge Suites Odessa. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home—would definitely stay again!

Elva at breakfast was so kind and attentive—she made every morning feel welcoming. Marissa at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. Both went above and beyond. Great service all around!

My stay was smooth from start to finish. The team was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was flavorful with a good variety, and the evening social hours were a nice touch—great snacks and a chance to relax. I'd definitely stay here again!
No wifi, no amenity, no cancellation without fight

I was booked to stay for a week for work. When checking in, the front desk gave me the key card and wrote down the wifi password. Said the elevator by my room was broke, and to use the other one. When I got to my room, I couldn't connect to wifi on my work phone, work computer, or personal phone.. I went downstairs and asked them to reset the router. She advised the wifi was out and a new box wasn't going to be in until the following week. I let her know I was there on business and I needed wifi, she stated there was a brew house not far with free wifi. When I tried to cancel my stay for the rest of the week, the management at the hotel fought it until I got the company travel booking on the phone and let them know I couldn't do my job because the hotel didn't provide the services they promised. I was then able to check out and move hotels. While there for the night, half the tc channels worked and the sink didn't drain correctly. Such an extreme disappointment. IHG, you need to check in to this hotel. They are giving you a bad name.

I came for a few nights and ended up feeling like I accidentally signed a lease. This place doesn’t just host you—it adopts you. The staff smiles like they mean it, the bed hugs you like an old friend, and the little kitchen made me feel like I might finally start cooking (I didn’t, but I could have). Breakfast was legit, and I half expected the coffee to ask how I slept. Stay here if you like being treated like a human instead of a room number.

Clean room, comfy bed, and super friendly staff. The breakfast was a nice touch, and everything felt well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Odessa!

I had such a great experience staying at Staybridge Suites in Odessa. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I could ask for, including a super comfy bed and a full kitchen, which was a nice bonus.
I also appreciated the little details—like the complimentary breakfast with lots of options, the evening social hour, and how quiet and peaceful the whole place felt. It’s clear the team here really cares about their guests and it shows.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether it’s for business or just passing through. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in Odessa!

Comfortable hotel great serving staff, but the front desk counter was always abandoned. on check out I waited at least five minutes and decided to leave. I was second in line, don't know if the person in front of me was ever attended.

I am an IHG member, but I haven’t stayed at a Staybridge suites before. I was pleasantly surprised! This is a quality hotel. Very clean and elegantly furnished. The breakfast food variety and presentation is one of the best I have seen. I travel a lot on business and I will be back.

I was looking for hotels in the area and found this particular one close to the area I was working. I recommend this location for the friendly service and staff.
