The 7am-3pm shift worker at the front desk (who gracefully did introduce herself a few times and I ended up forgetting her actual name [Bethann or Sherilann?] she was so sweet and after a long day of driving seeing her happy face and experiencing her demeanor was heaven-sent. Thank you for making my experience so great!

The front desk staff is wonderful and accommodating, and they helped me with my initial booking. The rooms were very clean and super comfy. I wish I could live there, lol.
The only issue I had was not enough protein for the social hour. Both nights that I was there they ran out of the meat source before 1830. I understand they don't want to waste food, but I was very disappointed both evenings.

No Air Conditioning in 100 degree weather.

The hotel was very nice. Our room had no AC and it was 81 degrees making it impossible to sleep. The hotel front desk clerk was very great and got us a fan. And left a note. The note was not recognized in the morning and I had to inquire about being told she knew nothing about it.

I travel often for business and find myself in one place for several days at a time. It is important for me to have a kitchen in my room, so I can eat healthy and avoid eating out regularly. I have found Staybridge Suites to be my kitchen hotel of choice and have even stayed at them when I have a shorter trip, where the kitchen is not as necessary. The quality across all of the properties have stayed at is consistent and very good. I appreciate some of the nice touches like a large breakfast spread, with healthy options, like fresh fruit and berries. The socials are fun, and are a great way to help save some money, but getting a light dinner provided on Monday through Wednesdays. The rooms are always clean, modern, and the kitchens are well equipped. It is always a good experience, and a reason I will be a continued Staybridge Suites guest.

The room was nice and clean everything worked properly the hotel was nice and quiet. I didn't give five stars because our first morning we went for breakfast they ran out of everything we got there about 8:30 it started at 6 and ends at 9:30. So we
waited and they only put out a few items. We never got any bacon the whole time we were there since they ran out before got there. From my hotel experience staff are supposed to keep adding food until breakfast is over. But that didn't
happen. Also there was no toothpaste in the rooms as other hotels I've been too. And the second day housekeeping didn't clean they just left towels. For the price we paid per night I expected better breakfast and cleaning service. On a positive note those were the softest beds I've been in at a hotel there were three TV's. And we went swimming twice and we were the only family in the pool. So we didn't have to worry about crowding. There was no trouble finding parking even though there were quite a few people there. Across the street embassy was packed. I've stayed there once not for me other than breakfast... bad experience however I would stay at Staybridge again I liked the atmosphere and low traffic. For the most part they need to get their breakfast together. And I don't care for my selections of items. Staff was nice

Overall, a good experience however the hotel condition was tired. Staff was great. Breakfast and social nights were great. However, broken and missing items in room like missing towel racks poorly repaired drywall and Air Conditioners in room had visible mold. Multiple self service W/D's were out of service. They are free but since many were broken not great. This was a suites hotel with a full kitchen but in the Queen Suites no place to eat was surprising. Yes, there was a desk but not usable for a second or third person. I would expect every room to have a spot for yourself and guest to eat at would be the minimum. I do not think that a small low table in front of the couch counts.

My stay at the Staybridge was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a kind a warm welcome. The room was nice and homey while each and every amenity was always up to par. The food and social hours were fantastic, it was a great atmosphere to be around and felt like a home away from home. The staff was always very friendly and helped me with anything I needed. Cristal and Coraline were the best as they always greeted and wished me the best on my days. Very glad I stayed here and wouldn’t have changed a thing.

I often stay at this hotel to visit with my children. The staff are always accommodating and attentive. When available they always upgrade us to larger rooms so the children can feel like home. The breakfast is always open on time a full of all the things the kids like. I would like to thank Caroline and Crystal for always greeting us and treating us like we are home. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Oklahoma City area.
