Staff were all very friendly and overall facility cleanliness was good. Room had a few minor amenities in disrepair, such as an outlet and no closet hanging rod, but they did not significantly impact our stay.

We had couple of small hiccups at check-in but overall it was taken care of within 30 minutes. Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Civic Center where we went to see a comedian on our first night stay, easily managed by walking to/from. All places that we traveled to over the remaining weekend were very easy to get to by car, so I'd say the hotel is in a great central location. Breakfast was hot & well stocked. The staff was friendly & attentive to everyone's needs. Hotel was decorated for the holidays & also had updated decor in public areas as well as the rooms which included a small kitchenette area, very nice to help cut costs on food/eating out. We had a great time in Peoria, IL & would definitely stay here again.

Good in general, bad breakfast. No orange juice, the soda machine warm and no more coffee available. Building was in good condition and in excellent location

This was my worst hotel experience. I had to change rooms because the bathroom in my first room was horribly disgusting. The second room wasn’t much better the fan in the bathroom was so loud and wouldn’t shut off, I couldn’t use the AC because that also made such a loud noise when it ran, I also found a bug in my bed, and there was a dog barking all night.

Was happy with the room. Only complaint was that the shower floor was a little dirty. Very comfortable. Great price too! 4 minutes from Bradley university where my son attends.

The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. The pool was SO COLD, not even my kids would go in it. There were actually a lot of kids at the hotel due to local IHSA sport events going on, and we didn't see anyone in the pool while we were there, presumably for the same reason. There should not be a pool advertised if you aren't willing to keep it at enjoyable temperatures.
We also booked the room for 4 people (1 bed + 1 sleeper sofa). There were no extra sheets or blankets for the sleeper sofa. It was just a mattress. When I asked for some, I was told they were all out of blankets. Eventually they did bring us 1 super thin blanket to use.
All in all, I could have booked at a different hotel with no pool & with blankets for a better price. I will say, the front desk staff was friendly, but the experience overall was not good.
No Hot Tub

My overall experience was ok. I wouldn't have stayed here had I known that there is no hot tub. I called a month before hand and was told there was one. We went to the pool and the hot tub was filled with concrete. Also the pool wasn't heated and was super cold so even my 7 year old wouldn't swim. We would have found another hotel if we would have known there was no hot tub. Breakfast was good, and overall staff were nice.
Strong strong smell of pot in all the hallways, but that's something you can't really control too much.
Website also says hottub on amenities and that is not the truth. Beware.

We had a great time with our athletes and we were there for flag football this was our state game. For us.
