I stayed at this hotel many times in the past spend great money to have a nice area.
My car was broken into and everything was stolen out. I travelled there for medical. I contact the police they never came out before I left because it was a non emergency. I had to sleep in my car due to my card being frozen after my car was broken into. The hotel supervisor stated that he was going to give me points.
I still have not received the point.
I will never stay here agian.

see previous comments please. I can't in good conscience recommend the hotel until the recommended corrections be made. The potential is tremendous. They must continue the high standards in order to expect past customers to come back with solutions to your clients individual concerns. Thank you

This was a pleasant experience. We stayed 3 days and then returned later for another night and all stays were great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great people! Nice to have the social hour with food Monday through Wednesday. Hotel and rooms were very clean and in great shape. Food was well prepared and presented both breakfast and evening social. Traditional HI X style breakfast with good quality. Pool and spa were in great shape and clean. Lots of areas to relax inside and out.

Staybridge Suites was recommended to us by the hospital nearby where my husband had surgery. The staff was very compassionate when they realized why I was there and alone. The breakfast was outstanding and the bed was most comfortable. They also have a well equipped exercise room. I had to stay an extra day that was unplanned but customer service was able to extend my room. Will always seek out Staybridge Suites on any travels we do in the future and hope they are as wonderful as this one on Thomas Rd in Phoenix.

It’s was a smaller room, kind of cramped, and there were no extra linens for sofa sleeper.

The breakfast at this hotel is awful. We arrived for breakfast 30 mins after they opened. There was no variety, no pastries, waffle dispenser did not work, sodas not offered, only one hot option and no fruit.
The shower in our room had no pressure. It only trickled out. The lights in the living area of our room did not work.
Our room was never serviced. The phone in the room didn't work so we had to walk to the front desk for extra towels and toilet paper. We asked for a room next to the elevators but our room was around the back of the hotel down several hallways. Not a great stay.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay!! The rooms are spacious and very nice.with full size refrigerators a stove top, sink, dishes, a very nice couch black out curtains a great pool with a social gathering night and such good breakfast. Me and my whole family loved this hotel and our stay. Its very close to phoenix children's hospital literally can see it across the light so if your looking for a place for you amd your family while having a child in PCH this is the best place to stay.
