Very friendly staff and clean hotel. The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is the bathroom is a little small. I think the shower needed a door to close. I would recommend this hotel and it is in a good location. Close to all the attractions.

What a gem in the hillside! It was truly an incredible place to stay. We are planning to go back soon. Precious is with whom I interacted with during stay. She is wonderful. Speak to her when you are there. The room was great. Great view of mt conte!! The evening horderves M-W is very nicely handled. There’s an outside area to sit, weather permitting, and it has beautiful views. Breakfast is great. Dining plates, not paper or styrofoam. You will not be disappointed.

It is a very nice and clean hotel, room and experience with a good location. Very spacious room. I just wish there was more or different lighting in the room and the TV guide did not match what the TV had on the channel listings. The breakfast is good and convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

This is new and it shows. Everything is new and super clean. All of the staff were very nice and helpful with our stay. My only down fall with this property was the interior designer went cheap on the shower and mattress for the room. You no way to reach in and turn on the shower with getting wet yourself. It had a solid half glass door that fixed and unable to slide to warm up the water. This first time staying at any IHG property with a hard mattress. No pillow top!!
They went cheap on those two areas. The rest of the room was fantastic.

Below expectations

Typically ihg stays are worth the price, so while doing our Christmas shopping this year we wanted to find a place in Pigeon Forge with a jacuzzi tub and a balcony. These were our only requirements. We got on our ihg account and found the top rated available room King Suite with both. Our room didn’t have the tub, new remodel so showers in all rooms, and our balcony was the only balcony in the entire hotel without outdoor furniture. We still stood on the balcony and drank coffee but our view was new construction across the street you cannot see the strip at pigeon forge from here. You are isolated from all other places, except two new builds. Overall hotel is nice, clean but not what we had sought out and was misled greatly.

For a family of 6, the rooms and accommodations more than exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spacey, food was great, and the laundry facilities came in very handy. We will definitely be using this hotel in the future.
