Good benefits for the room charged, good for business visits, not very kids friendly, breakfast could have more hot items, fresh preparations could be added. Rooms could have water bottles in it. IHG Rewards members should get better treatment

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by nobody. I stood at the counter for approximately 10 minutes before the night auditor finally returned to a station. He looked me square in the eye did not acknowledge that I was standing here did not acknowledge that I was even there Walked right by behind the counter into the back office area did something back there came back to the front counter, and then said, are you checking in. No regard whatsoever that he completely ignored me when he walked by. This guy’s void of all personal skills and lacks every ounce of customer service skills.

This hotel is so rundown, walls damaged in room, carpet and furniture frayed, seriously save yourself and go elsewhere. Really run down! The bath mat say's it all, frayed and disgusting.
This hotel was sold to a PE firm Ascend Growth Partners in 2018 and I suspect they have minimized the capital investment to monetize the asset. But to defer simple maintenance like paint, replace worn furniture, repair cabinets that don't close properly, a bath mat that is so frayed Goodwill wouldn't accept it is just inexcusable.
This hotel is simply being ignored for capital investment. There are so many better choices in Plano, recommend you consider them before trying this one.
I went down for breakfast at 7:20 am, plenty of link sausage and potatoes but asked for the eggs as part of the "free breakfast" advertised and was told they have none. They've either run out or chose to eliminate. Unreal.

Excellent property. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good as well. The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies at the front counter in the afternoon after a long day. It was a nice treat.

Was really disappointed in breakfast. They were out of everything, every day. I double checked because I thought maybe I was arriving at the tail end of breakfast and perhaps they were getting ready to close but this was right smack in the middle of it. How do you Not have eggs every day at breakfast?? Bread (No English muffins, no bagels, just white ) and water was available - LOL

I have a family of 4 and when we got to the suite the chair was broken and the sofa as well. The clerk tried to solve the issue, but the new assigned room the sofa was torn across.

Perfect place to stay for a trip out of town. Our King Suit was everything we couldve asked for and more.
