Room got upgraded by the front desk lady who’s named Princess, and even though there’s couple issues appeared during my two nights stay, but they were all well addressed by the manager Christina and her team!

I am a diamond elite ihg member and I use IHG hotels for all my trips. I was very impressed with the service at Staybridge St Petersburg. On arrival I received a goodie bag with water and personalized chocolate bar as well as other snacks. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit again.

The room was dirty with roaches on the tables and when you pull out the table it was gross, roaches were everywhere.
I video the room it was just gross...
Blood stains on the the sofa
Shower was dirty and it never came on

Would not recommend. None of the managers seemed to care about our valid concerns. (Toilet not working and pool not accessible all weekend) The pool was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.

Hotel and staff is very nice. Always clean and comfortable. Staff very respectful and no issues in my room. I always love the breakfast selections. Great convenience snacks and toiletries. Cilla at the front desk is the friendliest staff member and goes above and beyond for guest. Great customer service!
Large room, needs better cleaning

Had an overnight stay for an event in the area. Easy to find. Parking was a little tight, so get there early. Room was spacious, nice to have a full kitchen. Associate at reception desk was very friendly and professional. Gym was adequate. Saw a roach in my shower so that was a big negative. And there was no handsoap in our dispenser. Overall an okay place to stay if you want more room.

The hotel is so comfortable everyone here is friendly. Great location where it’s located close to downtown st.Pete. Best place to stay.

My company chose this hotel for staff and trainees during monthly training and events. This was my first stay, and I was there for ten days.
The hallways and common areas reeked of terrible smells, and people left garbage outside their doors. Staff service was even worse. My requests for cleaning, towels, and soap were ignored, and when I asked again, I was told there was no record of my requests.
It was noisy, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and my key card had to be re-scanned almost every other day.
I will not stay here again and will recommend that my company look for other hotel options.

Hidden near The Trop! This hotel has wonderful staff, amazing breakfast and clean rooms! Location accessible to Bradenton and Tampa!

We are very pleased that we stayed at this hotel in Clearwater, FL. We chose this hotel so that we would be close to the James Museum of Western Art and the American Museum of Arts and Crafts and the location worked out very well for us. In addition, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. And you can't find a better breakfast in town-the fresh fruit was a real treat. And the coffee and scones were delicious too.
