Great Hotel to stay at with great Customer service in the room and in the kitchen! Breakfast and social hour is always on point!
Special shout out to Ms. Kelly and Ms. Jessica for doing the best job down in the kitchen area! I also can’t forget the notorious Wednesday night karaoke! It is always fun to see people having fun and singing their favorite songs!

This hotel was amazing. The staff from front desk, breakfast assistants, housekeeping and maintenance were all so kind. They smiled and laughed and answered any questions without hesitating. We loved the location, enjoyed the swimming pool and the fitness center had everything a person needed to maintain some exercise while on vacation. It was clean and everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were equally amazing. What really stood out to me is how fast the front desk staff addressed our only complaint which was those above us had young children and they were running and jumping around at 11pm at night. It was very loud and he addressed it right away, and the silence was miraculous!! Had a great nights sleep. Excellent restaurants nearby and I believe one of the largest Walmarts I have ever seen within a very short distance!! Charleston is a quick drive as the hotel is right off 26! I can't wait to stay again. This will be my go to when I come back to the area.

I always enjoy my stay here! Vanessa and Clara were a pleasure to deal with. My first time staying I was traveling alone and was nervous. They made sure they checked on me and made sure I was ok. 10 stars across the board.

Hotel was in pretty good condition, close to shopping and eating places. My family loved the breakfast options. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous, Very Welcoming with Southern Hospitality, White Glove Test Past Clean and very hard to leave with all of it wonderful perks! We didn't have time to take a deep in the beautiful pool but hope to return someday!

Plumbing definitely needed major ATTENTION. The beds were comfortable. Stains on carpet needed attention. Bathroom toilet leaked so the ROOM stank of PEE. Couldn't figure out how to turn on kitchen stove burners would not light up. Guess it had to many child safety suff who knows it had no directions.

My kids and I enjoyed our say at Staybridge!! Hotel was very nice, clean and relaxing! The kids & I were able to enjoy local beach and pool onsite!! I'd definitely stay again.

My Family stayed here for 4th of July weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, amenities were great (especially daily breakfast) & the surrounding stores & restaurants was a plus.

This is a VERY well run property. Hope has an excellent staff and she should be proud of them. Carla and Vanessa run the front desk with a nice level of professionalism. Their knowledge of IHG and of the local community is a major plus. Blondena is on top of things during the late nights. The Housekeeping Team has a really great attention to detail. I was there for quite a bit of time and had ZERO complaints with the upkeep of my room. The Maintenance Crew truly makes sure the property is well kept and safe from any trip hazards. I didn’t use the breakfast amenities much but when I did I saw that the Kitchen Staff displayed everything in an appetizing manner.. Truly this is now one of my top favorite places. I frequent various IHG properties and a few other chains and Summerville really holds a home for my suitcase…
