The hotel is old but very well maintained. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite with a great layout, a comfy bed, and beautiful view of the lake. The property is gorgeous. Staff was friendly and professional.

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional at all times. They communicated with me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. My stay was stress free. I ran into one of the housekeepers on the elevator and asked her where I could pick up some extra towels. She asked me for my room number and had fresh towels to me within 5 minutes. Service is paramount when you are traveling. This place gets 5 stars for service hands down.

We stayed here for FSU parents weekend and our stay exceeded our expectations! Every single employee at this hotel is more than helpful and extremely friendly!!!!!! Even the maintenance guys and the cleaning gals were SO nice and friendly! The front desk staff smiled and greeted us every time we walked by. The buffet workers were so friendly and eager to get you what you needed. This hotel was 10/10! Clean too!!!!!
They do not have an ice maker but they pre bag ice for you to use until tee ice maker in your suite makes ice. Nice touch! Alexa text you making sure you stay is going well! And we even got to check in early which is sooooo nice after a 6 1/2 hour drive to Tallahassee! We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son at FSU again!

All of the Staybridge Suites I’ve visited have been outstanding but this one in particular had a vacation home feel to it. The staff was very nice and informative. The backyard pond with outdoor patio was beautiful. I will def visit the Tallahassee location again.

Good quality service at this hotel and great service staff all around the hotel
An willing to help you out if you clean towels and fresh sheets on all the beds

Have not stayed at a more friendly and clean establishment. Accommodations were well maintained and clean staff were very friendly & helpful. Will be staying there whenever we visit family in the area.

I enjoyed my time here, my room was clean and quiet. The workers were all very friendly and polite and welcoming. I enjoyed the pool and proximity to highway and shopping area. Overall a very pleasant stay!

This Staybridge location has a beautiful backyard veranda porch area and a lake. There is an outdoor pool as well. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The decor is a bit dated; however, if you travel with kids and a dog, this is the lace for you! The rooms are enormous ! The beds are super comfy also. Our suite had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher- there are utensils and plates/bowls/glasses/cups in the cabinets. This is a very cozy space to hole up with the family for a few days where you will be well looked after. The staff does a really nice job with the free breakfast. There is a laundry room downstairs that is free of charge!
